Sunny Holiday House with pool is a comfortable private ground-floor house with a beautiful view of the Kaštela Bay and the islands from Split to Trogorir, which is especially nice to enjoy at night with all the lights in the distance.
We are located exactly halfway between the two UNESCO-protected cities of Split and Trogir, the whole area is rich in content and as a central position in Central Dalmatia, we are an ideal starting point for exploring the rich region that offers content for all age groups.
As we are located on the slopes of Kozijak, in an area called Malačka, our guests enjoy a peaceful environment with a beautiful view, and all the smells of the sea and the Mediterranean can be felt in the air, because our area is not urbanized like in the city, and yet we are within reach of all the contents of urban life in just 5 minutes' drive. to Kaštel Stari, which is one of the 7 Kaštels that stretch between Split and Trogir and all together form one urban unit.
We recommend the use of a car in order to move around more easily and take advantage of all the best that the surroundings have to offer.
We offer our guests privacy, but if they need us, we are always available for any questions or help, either during their stay or planning their vacation.
