Large family or group? Rent the Sea Duck Cottage Main House (3/2) + the Loft (separate door) - with water views & a sofa bed plus a full bathroom (shower only). One house with lots of space for groups. Fantastic views. All under one roof. This property includes the MAIN HOUSE (3/2) with a separate entry upstairs for the LOFT. The loft has some amazing views, full bathroom with a full rain showerhead and A/C to stay cool at night. Perfect for a teen or individual that needs some space to work or sleep but still enjoy the group vacation in Maine.

Thank you for looking at our coastal Maine property. A unique one located right on the water. Oceanfront with views from every window in every home! Yes, we have 2 homes on the property. However, if you rent the main house - the guest house will NOT be occupied by anyone but the owner(s). You CAN rent both homes OR rent the entire Main House (separate entrance with a loft / bed / bathroom).

You have to see to believe. The views are extraordinary. The peacefulness is priceless. Modern amenities are abundant but it is so nice to enjoy the coast of Maine.
