Beautiful 2b/2b Riverfront Loon Condo

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo on the river and 1/2 mile from Loon Mountain. This is our home away from home and are hoping you love our place as much as we do. It is close to all the local sites and is a perfect base for visiting Santa's Village, StoryLand, Whales Tale and more!
The space
The condo sits right on the Pemi at the ladies bathtub, which is perfect for swimming and tubing in the summer, and only a 2 minute shuttle ride from Loon's ski slopes in the winter. The white noise of the river will lull you to sleep each night! You can view panoramic mountain and river views, right from your private balcony!

There is a king size bed available in the master bedroom, with a private master bath attached. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed. A sectional couch as well as an air mattress are provided. All linens are provided, but in an effort to keep rental costs low, guests must provide their own towels. For those where this is not convenient, we do have the option to add towels to you stay for a $20 fee, just send a note and we will accommodate you. Wood is provided seasonally, at no cost.

The condo has a remote access smart lock, so a guest code can be issued remotely, and no key exchange is necessary.
