3 bed, 2 full bath, 2nd floor end unit at Riverfront Condo. 1/2 mile to Loon Mountain. When done skiing in the winter or , hiking in the summer, build yourself a fire, pour yourself a drink and relax. Wake up to the sight and sound of the river just outside your bedroom window.

Air Conditioning. Sleeps 6 - 1 king and 4 twins. 2 large comfy sofas in the living room.

Nicely furnished, open floor plan has granite countertops - open kitchen, dining and living area make for great entertaining. Fresh sheets & towels provided and kitchen has everything you need to cook in. Or dine out at any one of the many restaurants within a mile. Free Wifi. Great for the family.

Great fun all year round - winter, spring, summer, and fall.

We loved sitting out on the porch, listening to the water. He even supplied blankets for us to use since it was a little bit chilly in the fall air. The property was easy to find and close to all of the things we wanted to see in the white mountains.

Perfect location - view of the river is top notch, and access is easy. Pool, tennis courts, and walking trails are literally outside your door. Condo itself is well stocked and clean, cozy, and inviting. We've stayed twice already (family of 5) and will be back!

We love staying at Kirk’s place. It’s quiet and peaceful. He has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with extra blankets and fans/AC for the warm days. Close to the Lost River, the Flume and Clark’s Trading Post plus many hiking trails.

Great stay. Condo was just as described and extremely clean upon check in. Beautiful location on the river. Nice deck overlooking the river, which is incredibly peaceful. Unit had all of the amenities you would need. Pool and tennis courts were right next to the unit.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and felt safe and had a nice view of the river behind. There was a great bike path running in front of the property, and it gave us the opportunity to walk safely to The Highland Games over at Loon. Easy directions, easy parking, comfortable and clean place (okay, a few popcorn kernels in the couch and a pair of underwear in the dryer, but otherwise pretty spotless). Responsive communication from the property manager prior to arrival. Quick drive to town. Would definitely stay again.

Condo is fabulous!! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of storage for suitcases and coolers. The living room was large with amazingly comfortable sofa. The view and sound of the river was perfect. Will definitely come again.

Great Location. The Condo has a great layout with the 2 kids rooms separated from the Master. Located between the main base and South Peak provided easy access to both areas.

The unit was as described. It was on a lovely section of the river, however the photo on the listing could not possilbe have been taken from in the unit itself. It definitely has a winter mountain vibe, with many instances of ski decor. A bit worn. Well equipped. The pillows, especially those on the king bed need to be replaced, however the bed itself was comfortable.

Family vacation

This is our third year staying at Kirk’s condo. It has everything you need. The place is always spotless. It’s close to downtown Lincoln. Lots of great places to grab a bite to eat or head to the river to relax. Lots of nearby hiking trails too.

Kirk’s place is in the perfect location. Close to downtown Lincoln and minutes from the kancamangus. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. And hearing the river is definitely a plus!

Our family's vacation spot for winter, summer, spring and fall for 35 years. Great memories skiing, hiking, river tubing and utterly relaxing. Our extended family lives for the most part close to Boston (but some now come back from New York & San Francisco) and this has been a great place for three generations to enjoy, so far. We love skiing at Loon and Cannon on a powder day.

Why they chose this property

From Boston, getting here is so easy and when we arrive we can immediately unwind. Originally purchased for our family's love of skiing, this place has become a great year round retreat. There can be so much to do or so little, whatever you wants dictate.

What makes this property unique

Easy convenience to Loon Mountain. In summer, the heated pool is just outside the door and so often its just you. We enjoy taking our dogs running through the trails. We have plenty of tubes for the family's trips down the river - Papa Chuck's favorite.
