Great place to stay!

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in the Hampton Beach area that is a very short walk (couple minutes) to the beach, has free parking, is very clean and comfortable and has easy access to all the festivities on Ocean Blvd, you need to seriously consider John's place. Plus, check-in was very easy and John was very responsive with all communications. I'm sure we'll back next year!

Weekend away

Small, 1 bed, close to the beach with great parking. Only complaint was lack of curtains. The blinds did nothing to keep the bright outside lights from lighting up the room all night. I ended up draping the quilt and a towel over the windows to get to sleep. Otherwse, the room was adequate for my needs.

The room is very tight, about the size of a cruise ship cabin. Location was ideal. The room felt moist despite a strong A/C which occasionally spewed out black dust all over the bed.

Race Getaway

Room appeared to have once been a motel that was turned into a vrbo. It had a mildew smell when you first walked in, an area rug was covering a spot in the floor that was sinking and the area where you parked your car had lots of water during high tide which prevented us from leaving. If you are planning to drive anywhere, I would consider looking at high tide time so you can leave beforehand or park your car across the street in the paid parking area. Room was across the street from the beach and easy walk to the main boardwalk area which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom also clean.

We had issues and the owner did not address them properly and Ives about issues

We couldn’t get in room for 45mins until he decided to let us know there was a key in lock boxes to let us in and it was pouring. Then we had no internet or tv for 5 days which 2 days it was raining hard. When we asked for a partial refund he ignored us, lied to us would not return calls, texts he had are money didn’t care about anything after that. I will never rent from this place again, very unprofessional

We always do our best to make each guest feel comfortable during their stay, we certainly do not expect to have an interruption with the Wi-Fi connection especially during the start of a holiday weekend. To our knowledge, everything was the way it was supposed to be during your reservation other than having access to Wi-Fi. We have a zero tolerance for smoking and there was multiple cigarette butts left everywhere that were noticed during your stay that our team noticed while cleaning other units each day. We never ignored or lied in any way it was a simple WiFi connection issues that had tech support actively managing it.
