Stayed for almost a week. The unit was very attractive, clean and welcoming. The unit is a studio attached to the main house with private entrance and privacy. Kate was very helpful and responsive to any requests keeping my bikes in the garage. Highyly recommended and would stay there again

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay for 10 nights. The host, Kate, was so welcoming and took care of all the little things that made our time cozy and relaxing! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and overall the unit was clean and tidy. And the view of the Great Bay with sunsets was spectacular.

Why they chose this property

Have lived on the Seacoast of NH for most of my adult life, with much travel all over the country for various consulting gigs and executive positions - but the Seacoast has always been HOME to me - I love being so close to the ocean, ten minutes from vibrant Portsmouth, an hour from Boston, and 2-3 hours from dozens of ski resorts.

What makes this property unique

The Loft is what a friend called my 'faberge egg'. It's a large, elegant, comfortable, well-appointed residence in a private, bucolic setting over looking beautiful Great Bay - but yet only ten minutes from the rich foodie, music, cultural, active town of Portsmouth. The beaches of Rye, North Hampton, Hampton, York, York Harbor, and Ogunquit are all close and lovely. The Loft is a great romantic getaway as well as a superb jumping off point for exploring New Hampshire and the coast of Maine. Hiking, small towns, shopping, beaches, state parks, are all within a short drive.
