The Koi House

Welcome to The Koi House. A place of serenity, created to be a traveler's home away from home. Each room delivers creature comforts that will satisfy the calming rest, comfort, & diversion one seeks when traveling.

Start your day with your tea/coffee/meditation/morning yoga by hearing the peaceful sound of water by the koi pond or by the morning calm found by the seating around the lychee/mango tree just by the stream. Then, end your day in the same serenity of your own personal Oasis.

The outside of the home offers three separate experience areas.
- Relax under the covered screened patio area
- Enjoy the outside lawn where you can have a seat underneath the mango & lychee trees while enjoying a bit of the beautiful nature
-Take a walk by the covered garden oasis located next to the patio and visit the Koi/Goldfish pond and enjoy the colorful flowers located all around.

The inside of the home will offer you an elegant well equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 8, 60"TV, and additional seating for 2 by the kitchen bar top. The spacious living room provides a comfortable space to enjoy a good movie on its 75"TV, a digital real touch piano keyboard for you to show off your skills, and a pool table should you simply want to listen to music and play a round while watching the sunset through your unobstructed view of the garden. The living room has smart lighting with changing color light options to increase your overall experience. The spacious master bedroom offers a sleep number bed with its own 75"TV and comfortable seating with its private bathroom. The kid's room offers a trundle sleeping area providing bedding for 3 with fun games and an arcade for everyone, not just the kids to enjoy. The Beach room offers a comfortable rest area as well as an office space where you can connect your laptop to the TV directly through the quick connect feature on the desk. The fourth room provides king-size bedding with a 55" TV in a warm comfy setup.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire homes except for the garage.
Other things to note
In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
