Have fun with the whole family at this fully remodeled cottage. Our home was built in 1936 but we updated it from top to bottom. All new furnishings throughout. The North End is known for charm, tree-lined streets and walkable to Hyde Park in a safe and warm environment. Our home is protected front and back with fencing so the kids and dogs can enjoy it too! If you like that “cottage feel” you will love staying here. While you are our guest, enjoy the whole property. Parking is easy in front of our home as well as access from the alley. We offer a pack n play, toddler floor matress and Bumbo seat for little ones. We have Vivint Smart Home to keep our home safe. Cameras are on front doorbell and backyard view to the alley. All emergency services can be obtained on the Hub just inside our front door (police, fire, medical).

If you are going to Boise, this is the place to stay! The house and yard are beautiful and clean. The location is convenient to downtown. The host, Marlene was so kind and accommodating. I will definitely plan to stay here again.
Perfect place to stay for me and my dog. Nice and quiet neighborhood but plenty close to downtown. Appreciated Marlene keeping in touch to make sure everything was going well.
The host was awesome but we really enjoyed the cottage. So thoughtfully put together and lovely decor. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located. We would definitely stay there again!
Very sweet, quiet cottage in walking friendly neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked and nice to be welcomed with coffee pods and snacks. There were even snacks for our dog. Beds very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!
We loved the location and size of the cottage for our family get together. Our dog Bodie loved the yard, walking the streets and the nice treats provided by the host. Marlene is a super host in all areas. It’s the perfect place to stay and enjoy the charm of Boise.

Glad you were able to enjoy a couple of days at our Cottage on Ellis. You were a perfect guest and would love to have you back again!
This is a quaint home near downtown Boise. The neighborhood is very quiet which we loved. We enjoyed walks at the green belt, shopping and dinning. We will be staying there again if we go to Boise. Home was super clean and well stocked. Owner is easy to get a hold of if you need anything.
This is a great property. We felt right at home immediately with everything we needed. The neighborhood is lovely and great for walking. The backyard was terrific for our dog. The owner was very responsive. We definitely will stay there again if we return to Boise.
Fantastic home and accommodating and responsive host! Great use of space with the main suite at garden level. Spent a lot of time sitting in the front yard where we got to experience all the friendly neighbors walking by with their dogs. Brought our bikes, which made a quick ride to the Greenbelt and everywhere we wanted to go from there. Perfect home and location for a couple of friends to spend time together.
I love this property, it is beautiful, neighborhood and location is perfect. The dogs loved the back yard. The only set back was the downstairs bathroom, one of the reasons I picked this property was the second bathroom for my pregnant daughter not being able to use it was inconvenient. Good luck getting that fixed. Thank you so much for everything!

No one works harder to be a good and responsive host than me. I am sorry this toilet issue impacted your stay and hope you give us another chance in the future. You were so understanding and I appreciated that so much!

We had the pleasure of staying here for 7 nights as we visited our son in Boise! The home is beautifully-decorated and furnished and includes 2 BR and 2 baths along with a dining area, desk if you need to WFH, and a charming backyard with landscaping. The downstairs master suite was incredibly quiet and relaxing and the spa shower was an unexpected upgrade. Well appointed kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. In unit W/D was especially helpful after hiking on the nearby Boise Greenbelt. The home is walkable to Hyde Park, downtown Boise, and the Capitol. Check-in process was super easy and Marlene is a delightful host. We loved staying in this house so much that we’ve already booked our next stay!

Great house in a great location
This vintage small bungalow has been nicely remodeled and furnished. I only used the upstairs bedroom, which has it's own mini-split for heat and AC, and two large windows looking out on the really nicely landscaped, fully fenced backyard. There is a separate, basement bedroom suite with a large flat panel TV, couch and it's own bath. The kitchen is well furnished and the dining-living room area is cozy.
The location is outstanding! Convenient to dining, grocery shopping and short, beautiful drive up Harrison Ave to the extensive foothills trail system.
The only shortcoming was a slightly confused checkin process and a message flurry five days before arrival, which should iron-out as the host gains experience.

Well thought out review Kevin. Thank you. I did finally figure out why the info wasn’t available. There were 2 separate text entries “booked” and “inquiry” — I guess I kept looking at the “inquiry” one thus limited information to be disclosed to my hosting side. Come back and see us again!
Excellent host and another excellent stay. Our favorite place in Boise!
