Nestled on a quiet street that dead ends to the intracoastal, walking distance to the St. Augustine Amphitheater, Lighthouse, Anastasia Park, Alligator Farm and much more! St. Augustine Beach and historic downtown are just a short bike ride away.

-Location! Walking distance to the St. Augustine Amphitheater and close to beach, downtown and some much more!
-Saltwater pool (not heated) with private backyard.
- Additional family room (adjacent to living room) with fireplace, foosball table and large sliding glass doors that open to the pool.
- Screened in lanai
- TV's in primary bedroom, daybed room, living room and bonus/game room.
- Equipped Kitchen with 8' island that seats 4
- Dining Room
