Bring the whole family to this cute, modern home with lots of room for fun! Beautiful back deck with your own private fire pit!

You will find a 3 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full bed), 1 bath (with washer & dryer), fully furnished kitchen, living room with sectional, and 4 flat-screen smart TV's. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 2 miles of Walmart, dining, downtown, & the Ashland Town Center Mall.

The space
Living room:

A sectional couch, coffee table, side table, and 55-inch smart TV with Roku free (apps available for your use with your own subscription).

Kitchen:

Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, dishwasher, stove, and full-sized refrigerator. There is also a bar seating for 2.

Front bedroom:

King bed, 2 nightstands w/lamps, closet with hanging space, 32-inch smart TV with free Roku (apps available for your use with your own subscription). You also have a desk with chair.

2nd bedroom:

Queen bed. There is also a large closet with hanging space, side table with lamp, and 32-inch Smart-TV with free Roku (apps available for your use with your own subscription).

3rd bedroom:

Full size bed, closet, and 32-inch smart tv.


Laundry room/bathroom combo:

The washer and dryer are regular size. There is also a full -size ironing board and iron available. In the same room is a toilet, vanity, and tub/shower combo.

Back porch with patio furniture and a fire pit!

This is a quiet, residential neighborhood and ask that you please observe quiet hours after 10pm. Maximum house capacity is 6.

Perfect getaway for 1 person or a family!!!

I stayed for a few days here, ,and was impressed as soon as i walked in with how nice and clean the entire place wad and its alot bigger in person.... like double lolPerfect area with easy access to any store or restaurant within walking or biking distance!I would gladly stay here again!!!

Nightmare

We made the best of it but should have gotten our money back .it smelled like cats and dogs door frames nasty i washed bed covers .I had to buy sheets . no clean towels wash rags so we had to buy them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

House smells, filthy walls, old and greasy.

After 15-20 minutes in this house I had a migraine so bad that I had to leave, I reached out to the property manager about the smell and dirty home. He said he wiped it clean and that I could return. It took the property management almost till 9 o’clock at night to get back to me as to whether or not I can leave the windows open, since he was unwilling to refund any part of my stay, but by then I was so exhausted and had found other arrangements to sleep, I refused to stay or return due to the circumstances. The smell was so nauseating and the kitchen had greasy fingerprints in the appliances, also there was body hair in the bathrooms. This is an old house not a modern one and it has a large weird concrete building attached to the side of it. Perhaps the chemical and mold smells were coming from there. I was very frustrated with this property, we never returned. The neighborhood also looks unsafe.
