Have a relaxing Gulf Coast getaway at this newly (August 2023) constructed 4-bed, 3-bath Jamaica Beach house with private heated & chilled pool located on a quiet canal. With 2 large sprawling decks overlooking the canal, you'll have no problem getting on vacation time. You are welcome to bring your boat and park it at the slip in the water directly behind the house during your stay. Don't forget your fishing poles as the house is located on a canal perfect for fishing.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just a quick drive or golf cart ride from the beach, this spacious, well-equipped home puts you within close range of Galveston's family-friendly attractions.

We are located only minutes from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Water Park, the Pleasure Pier, Galveston State Park, the movie theater, the miniature golf course, the Airplane Museum and even NASA and the Kemah Boardwalk are close enough if you’d like to spend a day there! INSIDE THE HOUSE:

Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a light and bright open floor plan filled with upscale furnishings and beachy décor. Modern amenities and thoughtful details will make you feel right at home.

With 2 large comfy sofas and an abundance of seating, , a 55" Smart TV streaming apps, and an open floor plan, the living room is the place to relax after a long day in the sun. But with high-speed Wifi for streaming and an HD TV throughout, everyone can watch their own show.

Just off the living room is the open kitchen, featuring quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee bar fully stocked with all the essentials. Enjoy meals at the dining table for 8, with room for 4 more at the over-sized kitchen island.

A full-size washer and dryer will help keep packing light.

Bedroom #1 - Junior Master room with King Bed, smart HDTV, closet and sharing guest bathroom in hallway on 1st floor.

Everything was clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. Our host went beyond expectations to make our stay memorable, he was very accommodating and addressed our questions quickly. The beds were so comfortable, beautiful decks and furniture inside and out, the pool was perfect and glistened in the moonlight. It was such a peaceful vacation that ended too soon! Fall in love with THE BANANA HAMMOCK!

We had an amazing stay! We rented this house to celebrate our daughter’s 2nd birthday and Father’s Day! We had kids in our party and they LOVED the pool! Our older kids enjoyed kayaking down the canal and were able to fish as well. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Jeff & Miranda were quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay. I highly recommend this place if you wanna have a great experience!

Loved our weekend stay. Heated pool was a nice touch and my son caught a few crabs off the dock. Beautiful kitchen with electric stove. Beds were quite comfortable compared to other VRBO Great Location-quiet-Close to beach and food.Host was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about check in etc. We would stay here again. The Perfect Getaway!!!

My high school girlfriends and I do an annual summer trip, and this place was such a gem for this years trip! It was beautiful, incredibly clean and had gorgeous pool! Jeff and Miranda were great at communicating with us, and gave us easy instructions on both checking in and out! We all had a wonderful time, and plan to book again on a future trip!!

Outstanding, beautiful Galveston beach house

The house is new, beautiful and is well stocked. Everything works great, the a/c in particular. The seating, dining set up and outdoor spaces were perfect for our group of 8 which included 6 teens. We cooked almost every night and the house exactly what you need for just about any meal. The hosts are responsive and very nice.

We had an absolute blast at Jeff and Miranda’s canal home. It was perfect in every way. It is a gorgeous, spacious and very well-appointed home. Great Stay

We decided to do something different this year and stay in Galveston for the Thanksgiving Holidays with Family. We had a group of 11 of us~ age range 60 down to 2 years old. The Owners were GREAT and very responsive with check in and questions. The House was a perfect layout and set up. There was something to do for everyone - from the Heated pool ( it was a perfect temp on chilly day ) kayaks- outdoor TV's- Fishing off the canal- Golf Cart to ride around on the Beach. Great memories were made and we would for sure rent this House again. Location was ideal.

Arrival and check in very easy. Everything was clean and ready for us. All enjoyed the very clean and heated pool.It was just as promised. There were 6 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. (I would put in a regular coffee pot…We all drink coffee and the Keurig took awhile to get everyone caffeined up). Washer/dryer were in great shape and with all the swimming were used a lot. Would rent again.

80th Birthday Celebration Weekend!

Had an amazing long weekend at this high end beautiful bay house with family & friends celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday. This home is stunning & perfect for hosting large groups. Plenty of sitting areas inside & outside so host the big family dinner bc there is room for all. The kitchen is fully stocked which makes cooking a breeze. From the pool to the kayaks there is something for everyone! We never had to leave once we checked in. And when it was time to checkout we did not want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Jamaica Beach vacation

This house was amazing! We had 3 adult couples, 2 teenage girls and 2 preteen girls. The house fit everyone perfectly. We also cooked meals every night and the kitchen was a joy to prepare meals in. We all spent much of our time around and in the pool, which was a must have for our family. Most of our group fished in the canal off the Seawall or dock, kayaked around the canals for fun and fishing, fished in the ocean, set crab traps, and also enjoyed riding the golf cart we rented from the owner. Thank you for such a beautiful place to enjoy our week. We will definitely recommend this house and would rent it again if we come back to Jamaica Beach.

Relaxing getaway!

The house was amazing with so many amenities for rest, relaxation and fun! The pool was simply amazing and heated just right! Jeff was always quick to respond to any questions we had. A word to the wise, open your check in instructions prior to arrival. We had a small moment of panic as the check in file the host had sent wouldn't download. If this happens to you, open VRBO in a browser! Jeff was quick to call even though we had arrived in the area fairly late. We would love to stay at Jeff's place again!!

Perfect Vacation Getaway in Galveston, Texas!

We recently stayed at this fantastic vacation rental and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a memorable stay. The house itself was impeccable. Spacious, comfortable, for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals together. The dining area was cozy and provided ample space for our group to gather and enjoy meals. But the real highlight was the outdoor amenities. The swimming pool was pristine and provided hours of fun and relaxation. We also loved the various sitting areas on the property, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Texas weather. One of the best parts of our experience was the kayaks. It was such a treat to have them available for our use, and exploring the area on the water was a highlight of our trip. The fact that life vests were provided was a nice touch and made us feel safe and secure. Last but not least, we have to mention the host. He was incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout the stay. From booking to check-out, he was always available to answer any questions and ensure that we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. In conclusion, our vacation rental experience in Galveston exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to come back and stay here again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in Texas!
