Welcome to our charming property! Here's a detailed description of what you can expect during your stay.

Our property features a master bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a television, spacious closet and drawers, comfortable queen-sized bed with fluid protector, and air conditioning for your utmost comfort. The other bedroom offers two small double beds with fluid protectors, air conditioning, a closet, television, and a window to let in natural light. In both there are full length mirrors.

For your comfort, it is delivered equipped with body towels for use and rotation and blankets. In the living room, you'll find a sofa bed, bluetooth speaker a comfortable chair, and a balcony with tempered safety glass and beautiful views of trees and the city.

The dining area is designed for four people and includes a 50-inch television for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an extractor hood, stove, built-in gas oven, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, rice cooker, blender, electric skillet, dinnerware for six people, cutlery, and wine glasses. We provide coffee, sugar, and dish soap for your use.

The laundry area is equipped with a sink, washing machine, clotheslines, ironing board and iron. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and both bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, hand towel and toilet paper. Additionally, we have smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for your safety.

We provide extra sheets for each bed and hand towels.

Building access: Guests have round-the-clock access to the building, ensuring they can enter and exit whenever needed. The building is equipped with secure entry systems to ensure safety and convenience.

Assigned parking space: An assigned parking space for the apartment is available in the basement. Guests can conveniently park their vehicles without any hassle.

Lobby area: Upon entering the building, guests will find a welcoming lobby area with comfortable sofas. This area is perfect for waiting for someone or for receiving deliveries.

Please note that access to the terrace with the pool is limited to specific hours, as mentioned above, but guests can enjoy the other amenities and areas of the building at any time.
