Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The communication was horrible. Never got instructions to access space. Spent more than 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone to get access. Room was not what was in the pictures. Horrible experience. Would never return to use this space. Worst experience with booking.
