Bring your family for a relaxing vacation on Lake Hartwell. Bring your boat (or rent one at Clemson Marina Rentals) and swim from our dock! Enjoy a day of hiking on the many trails of the Clemson Experimental Forest or Table Rock or biking/hiking on the Issaqueena Trail just 3 miles away. 3.3 miles from Clemson campus on Lake Hartwell.
You will love the seclusion and quiet while still being close to restaurants, shopping and recreation of all kinds. This entire lower level of our custom lakefront home is super convenient to Clemson, Pendleton, Anderson, Greenville(45 mins), Table Rock State Park (40 mins), Asheville (1:45hrs).
The very private entire lower level of our lakefront custom home has 3 bedrooms (6 guest limit) and 2 full baths, boasts 9 foot ceilings, custom cabinets and granite counter tops throughout. Fully stocked kitchen, living, and dining area opens out onto a beautiful covered porch with stone arches and a large deck. Enjoy a private covered dock. Bring your boat!!
En suite vanity/sinks in the 2 bedrooms that share full bath. Separate private entrances make this space truly a home in itself.
You have full and private access to the entire lower level, covered porch and deck. Our private covered boat dock is available for your sunning, swimming, and boating. Please let us know if you will be bringing your boat. We can advise you on launching near us. PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware the lake level on Hartwell can fluctuate.
Other things to note:
There are no steps into one entrance of the home. It is on a sloped lot and the driveway is sloped. Also the showers have tubs which you must be able to step into.
NO SMOKING or VAPING...Owner is highly allergic
NO PETS PLEASE...although we love fur babies, I want to be considerate of guests who don't like dog and/or cat hair and might be allergic to pets. NOTICE: No parties allowed. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors
