This is a newly renovated house on lake hartwell w three bedrooms and two baths. It has queen beds in each room and a trundle bed in the front living area. There is a huge porch to enjoy the lake view.
The house is conveniently located 2.5 miles from downtown Clemson and only 3 miles from the stadium. You are able to walk down to the lake but it is a steep challenging slope. This home accommodates 7 guests maximum. The water levels are really low so the dock is not accessible but you are able to get the kayaks in from the bank. They may need to be cleaned up due to being stored outdoors but are complimentary during your stay.

Nice house in an easy to reach Clemson location. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Nice view over lake. It was a busy weekend so we weren't around much, but had kayaks and a firepit which would be fun on a more relaxing weekend.

The home is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to cook. The screened in porch was nicely furnished and wonderful. However, the main reason we chose this property was for the dock, the lake, and to be in the water . The property owner can’t do anything about the water level being unusually low, but the dock was in disrepair, 0n a steep angle, and the ladder was barely hanging on. We tried to use the Kayaks but they had too many ants and wasps swarming out of them,(the one on the top of the rack was the worst). Then there is the steep long trek from the dock to the house… Then there was the thermostat. The first night we all woke up in the in the middle of the night, because we were hot. I messaged the host she apologized and the second night was nice and cool. Night 3 was even hotter than the first night, even though I tried to adjust the thermostat. If I pay over2,000 to stay in a house for 3 nights I want to be cool….

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, found it clean, well-equipped, and appreciated the screened porch. We’re sorry the unusually low lake level affected your experience. Water levels are controlled by the lake authority and unfortunately are outside of our control. The dock adjusts with changing water levels, and while it remained usable during your stay, we understand the conditions were different than expected. Regarding the thermostat, guests have full control of the home’s temperature throughout their stay. When you contacted us after the first night, we responded immediately and were happy to help, but we did not have the ability to adjust it remotely. As for the kayaks, they are provided as a complimentary amenity at no additional charge. Because they are stored outdoors near the lake, insects can occasionally be present, especially during the warmer months. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can inspect and clean them before our next guests. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide the best experience possible.

We stayed here for parents' weekend and it was perfect! It was close to campus but felt out of the craziness. House was clean and well stocked. The host was super responsive. The screened in porch was awesome! We will definitely book it again!!

Great stay!! Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay in Clemson! The home was extremely clean, updated, had everything we needed (and more!) The large screened-in porch with beautiful lake views was perfect for our family. Both of my children loved the daybed in the living room and all of the beds were so comfortable! We also loved the short and easy drive to campus. We hope to stay here again!!

We had a great stay. The house appears recently renovated top to bottom with high end finishes. It was clean, cozy, and we really enjoyed the screened in deck. The owner was communicative and accommodating. We'll surely stay again.

Great Option Near Clemson

Remodeled property with a large kitchen and plenty of space for entertaining/relaxing. This is in a peaceful spot at the corner of a cove on Lake Hartwell, an easy 5 minute drive into downtown Clemson. Highly recommend.

Summer Weekend Getaway

The house was great…bigger than pics suggest. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, ptowels, garbage bags and everything we needed! It was a quick Uber ride to downtown. Lake was amazing and spent time fishing in kayaks. Awesome communication with owner. Thank you! The back porch was my favorite.

Family Fun In The Sun Lakehouse

Spacious, woodsy, relaxing home on the lake nestled in the cozy foothills of Clemson. This was a perfect house for our large family to relax, celebrate, and enjoy some fun in the sun on the lake. This lakehouse comes equip with all the necessities for a weekend or week at the lake. The host was amazing and gracious and very responsive. The house offered a picturesque view of the woods and Lake Hartwell. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks, fished, grilled out, Sipped coffee from the comfort of the screened in deck, gathered around the fire pit, and slept well on the very comfortable beds. We felt very “at home” during our stay. Thank you, Sarah, for being such a gracious host.
