This quaint Hideaway is nestled half way between Lake Michigan and the Bay of Green Bay. Just a short ten minute drive you can have a lovely day at the beach with amazing Door County views.
Come back home, start the grill, enjoy a beverage while cooking a meal for all to enjoy. After a delicious meal and lots of laughs, you all enjoy some quiet country ambiance under the stars on the back patio. Continue the the fun and laughs until the wee hours of the night or your hearts content.

Or take an afternoon stroll down the Ahnapee trail taking in the local wildlife and beautiful scenery.

This was a very comfortable place to stay for 3 couples. Large, well stocked kitchen. We really enjoy the peaceful private patio where we can talk and laugh and bonus view of neighbors horses. This was our third stay and won’t be our last.

We stayed here for a long anticipated fishing trip for Chinook “King” Salmon. The accommodations EXCEEDED our expectations with spacious, well stocked and comfortable surroundings, all within a tranquil, quiet, safe, country living estate. Tracie was very responsive to emails/texts and everything we needed was readily available, from towels to dishes and pots and pans. My friends and I had a blast! The property is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and so so spacious for the price we paid. Check-in/check-out process was easy. We were so excited to see horses in our backyard - an added bonus! I will definitely keep this place in mind when I come back to Door County!

Enjoyable DC Stay!

We had an incredible getaway weekend! Host was incredibly responsive to any questions that we had, check in was a breeze, and the property was beautiful!! We brought our pups with us, so the huge backyard was amazing for letting them run! House had anything and everything that we could possibly need. We will definitely be back to visit again!

Why they chose this property

I have lived in Door County my whole life, so I guess it chose me.
I've grown to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness this area has with its long shorelines and picturesque landscapes.

What makes this property unique

Something unique about this property is that I live in the lower apartment which allows me to be available if any issue should arise. I do keep to myself, and am often not there due to my schedule. I do have a couple cats who live with me as well incase anyone has allergies. They are confined to the lower quarters 100% of the time, but air travels so please keep that in mind when booking.
