Only 2.5 miles from the center of Naples, hiking trails, waterfalls, wine tastings, quaint shops, restaurants, golf course, leaf peeping, and only 15 min. to Bristol Mountain. Enjoy all the charm the Finger lakes has to offer from your centrally located homebase in Naples or make us your destination.

We live in the Southern Tier of NY and are nearing retirement. This house could be our future income or retirement home. We enjoy seeing the variety of guests and the far reaching places they come from.

This is a very private, quiet, beautiful setting overlooking the pond. The sunsets can be spectacular. Minutes from groceries, restaurants and other attractions.

Five minutes from the center of the village and yet you will find this to be a very private and peaceful place. The pond is large enough for swimming, kayaking, canoeing. Fishing is allowed with the bass and blue gill there for you to take.
