HAMILTON’S! LAKE ESCAPE! 2007 HOME WITH 2010 PONTOON INCLUDED! ON THE WATER!

(April special from $349) We are allowing our customers to use our 2010 g3 suncatcher 22’ pontoon boat with fish finder and 115hp 4stroke Yamaha from dawn to dusk with every rental minimum length must be 3 days on weekends and 2 nights during the week.Must be 25 or older. The home is a beautiful 2007 stucco home with vaulted ceilings in every room! Smart tv’s in all bedrooms,Living room and Den. Lake escape also has a brand new hot tub,bbq,and all new bedding including mattress’s. Ice cold AC the garage has been converted to a game room/ hangout area with karaoke,foose ball,darts and other outdoor games and balls. Board games and puzzles also. There is sleeping for 10/8 in beds and 2 on separate couches in living room and den. There is 9 recliners at lake escape so everyone can kick back and relax! Pets are welcome with $50 per pet fee and there is a nice fenced back yard for them. Message me with any and all questions if needed. We have another listing as well bu it is 95% booked already for the entire summer…We love to give an Extra experience at our rentals for an Extra good time! H20 bar and grill is walking distance with live music pool tables,darts,baggo,ring toss,shuffle board and food. It is all ages until 9pm. Rent for 6 days get one free! Great stay!

We celebrated our daughters bday with so much fun! Fireworks on the lake was the best ever. House was very nice and comfortable. We were all over the lake in the boat. We hope to stay there again.

Birthday weekend

We stayed at this lake house to celebrate my grandson’s birthday and would definitely stay there again! Host was extremely easy to work with and very responsive and the house comes with a boat!

Great Lake House

We had an excellent weekend at the house! The owner was very nice and extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house layout was great for our group. Having the use of the boat was the best….we went all over the lake!! I highly suggest boating over to Fisherman’s Wharf for dinner! Perfect location to everything! We would love to come back!!!

We had trouble getting in because the keycode didnt work but luckly the maintenance man was there and let us in. Other than that it was clean owner was super nice. If im being picky could use some more cookware but other than that love this place and where its located.

A perfect place to getaway and relax in Hot Springs

We are honored to have been the inagural guests at Lake Escape! It exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy and thorough. The house is located 15 minutes from the heart of Hot Springs so it is the ideal location to see it all, but stay in a more relaxed setting right on a chanel of Lake Hamilton. House was close to grocery and other shops so going all the way into town wasn't necessary unless you want to. We were greeted with music playing, cool lights and fresh flowers.The house is clean and fully stocked so enjoying meals and downtime at the house was easy. Morning coffee was perfect on the back patio, so were evening soaks in the hot tub. Bed and bedding were cozy. While it was just me and my husband with our fur babies (who loved the fully fenced yard), the house has 3 bedrooms which are laid out very well for a family or extra friends. We absolutely enjoyed cruising in the pontoon and got to enjoy the setting sun on the lake. Overall, one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had! Thank you for being amazing hosts. We will be back soon!!!

Please come back anytime and I will always have a special deal for you guy’s! The new bar is gonna be awesome even in the winter for track season.The house will be cheaper in winter months as well.
