Bay Tree D4 is a tastefully decorated studio condo. It is located on the third floor with no elevator access. We offer a very peaceful and quiet stay and still have many fun things to do. Fishing from our private pier, lounging around our Texas size pool, barbecuing with the family. Play Tennis and Pickle ball on the new Courts. Enjoy the sunrises while drinking your coffee in the mornings, bring your camera. AND, you can see pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and other sea birds in the Private Marina. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

-Guests bringing a boat to Bay Tree may rent a boat slip for $45 per night, subject to availability. Boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis and accommodate boats up to 36 feet in length. Guests renting a slip will also receive priority parking in the designated boat trailer parking area.

- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
