Isle Verde

The location was great. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and a cvs, the check in process was a little tricky but we manage and figured it out. The condo fit 6 adult comfortably, the beds were not so great. The cieling fans didnt work in the bedrooms but overall it was a great stay.

Overall we liked the place.

Just a few things: The second bedroom light needs to be fixed. The hot water in the hall bathroom sink didn’t work. There should be more detail instructions left to work WiFi and things like that.

Great Location

The apartment is strategically located, near everything you need. My family enjoyed the pool, and the walks to the beach! ( 2 blocks ) We had issues with the AC in the living room, but the apt. manager fixed them. The washing machine was not working, but I wasnt really planning on doing laundry while in vacations. The apartment has the basics, and it is in need of a couple of things in the kitchen (like more pans) shades or blackouts in the windows, but in general, has the basics. Good choice if traveling with family and kids. We had no water in the building the last day, and it was very inconvenient for a family of 7.

1st the communication about the check in was not so good. The info was sent when i was already at the door at 3pm. 2nd it was 104 degrees in San Juan and the AC were not that great plus the owner said all ACs couldn’t be turned on at the same time so the apt was super hot. 3rd just a recommendation, the windows in the room didn’t have shades so at 5 AM the sun just hits your face while sleeping. But the apt was clean and convenient
