The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full on suite, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin size beds, second full bathroom is in the hallway by the bedrooms. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view with the beach steps away. The property was clean and I liked that the building was secure. There is a Walgreens close by and lots of restaurants nearby. The only downside was the water rationing which the hosts couldn't control. I would stay here again.

AMENTITIES ON POINT! Spectacular location and condo was just as advertised. Check in was easy. Security staff in lobby are kind and helpful - most speak great English if your Spanish isn't strong. Street noise on bedroom side is loud, slept just fine with earplugs. Having direct access to the beach was critical for us and did not disappoint; the unit provides plenty of beach / pool towels (pool was also GREAT). All in one washer /dryer is nice, just beware it takes longer to dry than a standard vented dryer. Several excellent restaurants nearby, and the 24/7 pizza spot across the street is delicious. If you need a rental car, use Charlie's across the street, super smooth process, friendly staff, and free airport shuttle.

Beautiful view and lots of extras available for use which was appreciated (cooler, floaties, beach chairs,etc). Only real complaints was that master bedroom fan didn’t work well, towel bars fell off wall and washer/dryer combo did not dry clothes well at all-all of these things could easily be remedied so I would say we would book again as everything else was great.

Gorgeous views from the 9th floor! This unit was very spacious and comfortable. The entire condo was spotless, the beds were comfy, the 4 beach chairs were convenient, and did I mention the relaxing views of all of Isla Verde?! Check-in was a breeze! The property managers were super nice & helpful with everything we needed, including storing our luggage before our flight home. The building itself has friendly security staff & a beautifully renovated lobby. We never made it over to the huge pool, as the ocean was so wonderful. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation in PR.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was just as described; clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive and welcoming. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Carolina, PR was absolutely perfect for our stay. We are a family of 5 for reference. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from a beautiful, breathtaking beach, Isla Verde and within walking distance to great local food spots and shops, making everything super convenient. Walgreens across the street that is open until 12am. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The layout and amenities make it easy to relax and enjoy your time. There was a pool, seats are limited, just an FYI. Building is staffed with security 24 hours and all doors in and out of the complex are gated and only accessible by key. Hosts were very easy to contact when we had questions. Even comes with a parking spot under the building if you rent a car. The beach nearby is truly gorgeous—perfect for swimming, relaxing, or just taking in the view. The apt comes with 4 beach chairs and everything you need for the beach. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Dream location right on the beach!

This condo was everything I hoped for and more the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Literally right on the beach walking distance from all convenience stores five minutes from the airport and five minutes from the famous La Placita. I had an incredible time and I would definitely stay here again when I come back!!!

The location is great and views are beautiful. Beds, bath, and furn clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Huge closet. It could use a deep clean like dust under beds, vents, etc before guest arrive. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view and great value

The view and location of this property are amazing! It is right on the beach and there are a lot of great restaurants near by. Only about 5-7 min from the airport. I think the value of property is good for what you get. We had a few small issues, but we overall enjoyed the property.

You just can’t beat the Oceanview and ACCESS to the beach. The rooms were all comfortable and a beautiful kitchen. it could use some condiments like salt and pepper, and also washcloth in the bathroom, but otherwise it was lovely

Beautiful Views of the Beach

Great location! Close to everything and the beach is right behind the building and easy to get to. The place was nicely kept and clean. Very spacious so it accommodated all of us nicely. The host Alma responded to us quickly and was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Fun in Isla Verde

Property is as advertised, on beach and close to local eateries and shops. The building is well maintained and a small issue with the shower was quickly taken care of. We were able to rent a car from Charlie Car rental, which is right across the street. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. As others have noted, the unit is a bit dated and had a few minor hiccups, but it served as a safe and comfortable space for our family (including two girls 7yo & 10yo). The security team was exceptional—always courteous, helpful, and made our family feel very secure throughout our stay. Alma, our primary point of contact, was incredibly responsive and addressed any issues quickly and efficiently. We would absolutely consider staying in this unit again on a future trip, if available. Many thanks to the host and to the island of Puerto Rico for providing us with such a memorable and enjoyable experience!

Beautiful beach view, easy access, secure location. Extra towels and supplies for the beach. Food at local restaurants was outstanding.Smoke detectors were found in a drawer none were found on the ceiling.We had 6 adults and 1 toddler. There was not complete set of dinnerware, glasses or coffee mugs. We had to wash dishes so everyone had coffee. It would be nice to have a plastic set for young children. We had to use the bath hand towels, since no kitchen towels were anywhere to be found.We loved the condo, but it needs some things to make it an easier family friendly stay for a family of 6 toddler.

Amazing view and great location!

The view from this condo is so beautiful, the space is wonderful, and we had everything we needed for an awesome vacation. The location is perfect...right on the beach and in walking distance to anything you might need. The owners were incredibly helpful and there is such a variety of things to do in San Juan...explore the rainforest, visit Old San Juan, eat delicious food, enjoy the nightlife...we had an amazing time! Thank you so much!

Puerto Rican Oasis

The rental is really nice and well equipped. It would have been nice, if the check-in process had been more streamlined and less confusing/stressful it would’ve been nice. The property is well maintained and extremely convenient to most things to do in SJU. I would absolutely recommend this rental and absolutely would stay again.
