The house was a fantastic place for a group trip - well stocked, lots of gathering spaces, very comfortable. We barely left the house all week and spent most of our days on the private beach and dock. Unbeatable sunrises and sunsets over the lake to bookend the day!

Beautiful location

The house was perfect for our families. It was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. As an added bonus, the beds were comfortable.I loved seeing the deer on the property.

Great rental for extended family with multiple areas to gather. Gorgeous sunrises with beautiful views of waterfront from most rooms. Large kitchen and dining table was perfect for family dinners.

We had a wonderful stay. I had a medical emergency and the host Sandy was very responsive and helpful. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this rental

Wonderful House and Dock

The house was great and the dock is amazing. Views were awesome and will always remember our morning coffee on the deck. Sandy was wonderful and helpful. Great house and great time. Only suggestion would be replace downstairs bed.

Amazing Vacation Hideaway

This was my facorite place I have stayed on Lake Lanier. The house is secluded from all other houses with amazing views from the whole property. You have your own private beach and so much more. The whole family raved about how amazing and peaceful the ace was. On top of that the owners are great and do everything they can to ensure your stay is a memorable one. The house loaded with everything you will need with your stay. We will definitely be going back.

Evacuated from Hurricane Milton

This family could not have been more accommodating as we had to evacuate from FL because of Hurricane Milton. They went above and beyond to respond quickly and help us get out of FL. With the chaos back home they brought a calm and peaceful week to our family, grandparents + our pets. Thanks to Milton we will definitely be visiting again!

Thanksgiving 2024

Wonderful Thanksgiving experience with family & friends. Could not say enough about Sandy & Jack's hospitality & allowing us to use this beautiful home & property . They provided everything needed. Can't wait to be able to book another family getaway here. Everything was fantastic to the lake, the dock, the space, the game room, the privacy & getting to see deer every night. We hiked nearby, explored the lake on boat & paddle boards & we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for having us.

A slice of Heaven

OMGosh!!!!!!! This place is absolutely beautiful! Sandi and Jack the hosts are wonderful people, the pictures don’t do this house justice!this house has everything you need just bring your food. This was one of the best VRBO’s. My husband and I have ever stayed in. The serenity is unbelievable. The sunrises are impeccable! We had Thanksgiving two weeks early here the memories will last a lifetime!

Just Perfect!

Wow...This home is just amazing! Our family (grandparents, adult children and grandchildren) spent Christmas and New Years at this beautiful home (we even watched fireworks, from the deck on New Year's Eve). The location is perfect (very quiet and peaceful and so close to everything). The views are breathtaking. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. Tons of room for our large family and lots of fun games for the kids. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. Clean, clean, clean. We rented a boat for the day and explored a great deal of shoreline and we all agreed that this home has the best and biggest lot of all. Sandy is an absolute sweetheart and a true pleasure to work with. We will add this gem to our list of "homes" away from home.

5-Star Home/Experience

Don’t let the lack of reviews deter you from this newly listed rental. It’s a fantastic, large, secluded lake house. We were fortunate to be Sandy and Jack’s first guests, and the experience did not disappoint. The house is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed – including lots of towels for playing in the lake. Many separate spaces for people to hang out, two kitchens, and plentiful outdoor seating. The kids loved the game room, and the hubby made full use of the gym and the Big Green Egg! They even have a doggie door to a small fenced area for the pups. Everyone had a great time. If you like to cook, you’re going to love the well-stocked, gourmet kitchen. High-end appliances, oversized refrigerator, and everything you need to pull together a meal for a large family. They aren’t stingy with the supplies, so the only thing we needed was food for the week. And for those that need to work or want to stream TV, the Wifi/internet was top-notch. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect house for Lake Lanier living!

This home was a fantastic place to say! We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful; the rooms were comfortable and all possible needs we had were taken care of. Linens, tableware, cookware, pantry items, beach towels, tabletop games/ cards, a fantastic library of books…you name it, they provided it! One highlight in particular was the dock. We brought up our two Sea Doo PWCs and the dock accommodated them excellently. We were able to secure them safely and without damage all week. The hosts truly went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Towards the end of our stay, there was a severe thunderstorm that knocked out the power to the entire area for more than a day. The hosts did whatever they could to take care of us and ensure our comfort, even though this event was something out of anyone’s control. It is this level of hospitality that separates them from other hosts. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else whenever visiting Lake Lanier and hope to come back again for our next family vacation!

Amazing Family / Dog Vacation on the Water

We were three couples and a dog and we all loved every minute of our vacation. The house felt more like a home than a barren rental. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and roomy, as were the bathrooms. No such thing as too many cooks in the kitchen - it had room and equipment for everyone. The second kitchen downstairs was useful to fix apps / food to take to the dock. Plenty of space to chill throughout all floors. It’s a dog-friendly house; ours learned to use the doggie door to the fenced in area to do her business. The BEST was the two story dock and large sandy beach area right on the lake. The water was clear; our dog loved doing zoomies in and out of the water. My future DIL sat in the swing chair hammock and read for hours, we fished off the dock, used the ladder to take a dip, watched beautiful sunrises, enjoyed the views.. We did a 2-day boat rental which was delivered right to the dock. The lake was easy to navigate with the right app (Argo). Thank you Sandy for being a wonderful host and sharing this home. With such a beautiful backdrop, our son proposed to his girlfriend on the top dock with both sets of parents witnessing.

Sandy was an exceptional host, responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.The house itself was spectacular. Waking up to gorgeous sunrises never got old, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space without feeling crowded. The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were plentiful, and the extra powder room off the living room was a welcome bonus.Both master bedrooms and the library loft had stunning views. The loft setup, with its own bedroom and bathroom, was perfect for giving my mom her own private retreat.The kitchen was a highlight. We cooked dinner every night, and it handled a crowd effortlessly: generous counter space, room for multiple people to prep at once, and a refrigerator so large we barely touched the extra one in the basement.When rain rolled in, the game room kept everyone entertained. And the large covered dock was perfect for fishing or curling up with a book regardless of the weather.We all left wishing we were still there. Highly recommend.
