Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the Thernostat is turned to the off position and the fan to thw auto position
Placed used towels and sheets into the Hamper in the Laundry Room area
Please make sure to read the rules before booking. Rules are strictly enforced. There are absolutely no PARTIES or Get Togethers allowed! Only those that are on the reservation are allowed at the home
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Make sure garbage is in a bag and tied up and placed in the big garbage cans outside. Make aure the thermostat is turned off
Make sure dishes are cleaned up and no food left in the sink. Make sure all used linen is placed in the hamper in the laundry room.
Do not move any furniture from where it sits. Make sure all furniture and items are left where they were originally placed.

The house itself, is in nice shape and has been remodeled recently. There are no complaints about the interior of the house. The house is located on a noisy corner with frequent start and stops by semi trucks. Also, if you look at a map of the Natchez Trail, it appears that it is right down the road. There is no exit for the road that this house sits on and thus it is actually a little further from the trace than the map it appear.

There were no towels on any of the racks in the 2 bathrooms and very few in the linen closet. The mattress on the bunk bed was very uncomfortable and the mattresses on the two queen beds were almost uncomfortable.The house was very clean.

There are at least 8 big towels and 15 small towels in the hall closet when you arrived. You only stayed for 1 night? The matresses are new and posturpedic except the bottom one on the bunk bed. We communicated and if there was an issue with towels a simple text could have been sent. Thanks for staying.

Overall the house was a nice stay! The place is huge with two separate living rooms plus a formal dining and bonus room with more seating. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again!

Great home!

Doesn't look like much on the outside but it is a beautiful clean home. Some minor things were mentioned to the owner and they responded very positively. They checked in with us to make sure we were ok and made themselves available.
