Enjoy with family and friends the sunrise and sunset with beautiful ocean views at the executive  ocean view lower pet friendly suite  which is located  centrally on Vancouver island  in the quaint town of ladysmith.


Easy access to all amenities and the highway makes it easy to travel to any other part of Vancouver island such as Victoria , Tofino, Nanaimo Duncan, etc

A haven for outdoor enthusiast with 3 hiking trails, beach,golfing, kayaking at Transfer beach and boating at the Government dock.


A 5 minute drive to downtown ladysmith where you can enjoy a coffee or a cinnamon bun at the ladysmith bakery.



This unit consist of 3 large spacious bedrooms, living room Kitchenette,  1.5 bathrooms. and a large balcony with barbecue where you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise or barbecue dinners with family.  You can also watch any fireworks held by the town of ladysmith. This unit Sleeps upto   10 guest The living room has a TV with sound surround system.

Excellent for short stays  as amenities are limited, as we have a kitchenette but no full kitchen therefore no stove, dishwasher or laundry provided in this suite.
The small kitchenette does have a  hot plate,  slow cooker, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, plates, toaster, barbecue and sink

The entrance is located on the left side of the house and  has  several stairs you have to walk down to access this unit.

For larger groups you would have the option of renting the upper suite as well bed on availability making the premises suitable for 18 guest in total.

Pets welcome. A $75 fee is applicable. Please pay when booking

Not suitable for loud groups

IMPORTANT: Being a lower suite there is potential for noise if the upper suite is  occupied.. Not suitable for loud groups.

Ladysmith near Transfer Beach Park

Family celebration for a milestone birthday. We had enough beds and the below yard was perfect for our dog to run around. Great location near Transfer Beach, where we paddleboarded and let the dog swim. The property has a lovely view.

Large property, but subdivided into different rental areas so every movement from above can be heard.Side entrance involves external stairs which are not lit so a bit concerning in the dark. Beds were not comfortable.

We are as transparent with our listing as possible and mention all the issues you have stated It is a 3 storey building with a suite on each level and we do mention there are stairs on exterior to acess the lower suites and we have photos showing the flight of stairs and also there is a issue with noise transferring between floors and it is mentioned in our listing as well The lights on the exterior needs to be turned on by guest and then it is not dark It is important to read the listing amenities and description prior to booking so you are not disappointed

Spacious retreat with an excellent view!

Family travelled to Ladysmith for a winter reprieve and to spend time with friends living locally. Ladysmith is a unique place, centered well between Victoria and Nanaimo. The rental provided all the comforts of home, was very clean, extra bedding and towels (always a plus!) and so spacious for us travelling with 3 teenagers. Loved the view, and everyone was able to relax and enjoy our time together. Host was very attentive, checking in with us to ensure comfortable stay. Instructions and information was very clear. We will absolutely consider staying here again when we travel back to Ladysmith :)

Needs work

Hot plate did not work so had to buy one to cook had to buy my own pan and knifes for cutting fruits the yard could be kept and more enjoyable to look at also there are patches and repairs throughout unit. Inside is ok but poorly stocked for the price.

Excellent for Family - Beautiful View

We had an excellent stay at this property. Lots of room for a family and appreciated the space for a little one to play when it was raining outside. Amenities are accurately described in advertisement. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again and would recommend.
