Great property in Little Italy

Beautiful 1st floor apartment in Little Italy. Many eateries in walking distance. Good communication with property manager. Convenient onsite parking which was much appreciated. Would stay there again!

Lovely space and very well managed

The kitchen is spacious and fairly user friendly, the dining room a highlight if you have a larger group/family. villa Dante was perfect for the holidays with our extended family that live in Montreal. The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens and towels are fresh and clean and we were so glad for the washer and dryer. As it was winter, we didn't use the outdoor space but look forward to that when we return in June. Thank you to Louise-Phillipe and his whole team for a great stay.

Very Nice

We were glad that the dining room was separate from the rest of the rooms as its furniture (as pictured in the listing) is a bit over-the-top. The rest of the property is really quite nice and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again soon. The code we were given to access the property didn’t work. We needed to scramble to find online a phone number for the management company (a phone number was not otherwise provided). Fortunately, someone picked up right away and gave us the correct code.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful, lively neighborhood. Little Italy has so many restaurants, cafés, and bakeries to enjoy. The Jean-Talon market is just a few blocks away. Evenings were quiet, and we enjoyed sitting out on the large deck. The dining room has a huge table where we gathered for meals with our extended family. The management company and owner of the building were so helpful and kind.
