Charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in Dana Point. Sleeps 6 comfortably (Primary bedroom-King, Second bedroom(Queen) and Third bedroom(2 Twins). No oceanview. Quiet community, no parties. Access to gated community- limited to registered guests. Full kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked for cooking. BBQ and patio furniture. Free parking for 1 car. No street parking. Less than 2 miles to world famous Salt Creek Beach and Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort. A few miles South of Laguna Beach and 3 miles from Historic Mission San Juan Capistrano. House is close to restaurants and dining, parks, arts and culture, resorts and golf courses. You’ll love the location, the peace and quiet and comfort. Great accommodations for couples, business travelers, and families (with older children).

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a upscale neighborhood. Close to the beach. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Monarch Beach/Dana Point Paradise

This house is as close to perfect for 2 to 6 people as you can get. We stayed for 10 weeks, we checked everything out. Every detail was taken care of, three flat screen TVs, paper products, two coffee makers (one espresso), extra towels, etc.. The exterior was taken care of by a professional gardener, weekly. The house is in a very nice, quiet, manned security gated neighbourhood. The rental agent was very quick to answer questions. We planing on another visit.

We recently stayed at this property and from start to finish, our vacation was a delight, thanks to our wonderful host and accommodation. The location was perfect for our needs. Close to the beaches and parks, yet away from the hustle and bustle. We were thrilled to find the property in pristine condition. The attention to detail in every room was remarkable, and it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining their rental to the highest standards. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras such as a coffee maker with a generous supply of coffee, which was a lovely touch for early mornings. The open and airy layout of the property was another highlight. Tastefully decorated living spaces and comfortable furnishings allowed us to relax and unwind after a day of being out and about. Our interactions with the host were exemplary. They were prompt in responding to our inquiries and provided us with all the necessary information to make our stay seamless. In summary, we had an excellent experience with our host and the property. We will definitely consider staying there for our next trip to the area.
