The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a table for 4. The dining room has a spacious table that seats 6. The living room has 2 sofas (1 reclines), a love seat, a chair, and a 50" TV. Four TVs in the villa have the ability to stream cable channels, including the Spectrum Sports Tier..

The first floor has one queen bedroom with en suite bathroom that doubles as a half bath during the day. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a tray ceiling, king bed, and beautiful golf course view. The spacious attached primary bath has a double-sink vanity, a skylight above the marble shower, and a large walk-in closet.
