Enjoy a relaxing Sea Pines vacation while staying at this beautifully decorated, two story villa with the most breathtaking rear lagoon view. Take in the view from the spacious screened in porch or simply by gazing out the window from the kitchen table. Just a quick 5 minute walk to our beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches-just use beach access #45 just across N. Sea Pines Drive. The bridge over the lagoon in back ends at a well maintained practice putting green that you can use. 1/2 mile to 600 acre forest preserve with horseback guided tours daily and electric boat echo tours. Bedroom configuration is first floor king suite, and two bedrooms upstairs, one with a second king bed and the other with two twins. All bathrooms are en suites. New furniture, new kitchen, and many new updates in the past few years, 75 Fairway is a guest favorite in our group. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. Register for your pass at southbeachpool.com.

As with all of our villas, enjoy a couple of free bikes for exploring Harbor Town, South Beach, and the miles of winding paths. We also provide a free fitness center pass to a local gym, free WIFI, free tennis at South Beach and discounts on additional bike rentals. The pictures tell the story--all that is missing is you!

What a great vacation rental-we’ve been coming to Hilton head for 34 years and this is one of the best experiences we’ve had! The unit was very well stocked – loved having the bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys available! The proximity to the beach is perfect and we loved being able to bring our 2 dogs- we will be back!

The condo was perfect for our family. Great location, a little less than .5 miles from the beach with wagon, chairs, toys, and beach towels included. The owners were responsive any time we had questions. We would stay here again.

Our entire experience at Sea Pines was wonderful. Great/quiet neighborhood, close proximity to beach, plenty of walking paths, bikes for use, pet friendly, clean, well-stocked, comfortable, etc. Would most definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, especially its fantastic location—just a short and easy walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient. The main level felt welcoming, comfortable, and well cared for, and it was a great space to relax during our visit. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms could use a bit of TLC, but overall, the home has a lot of charm and potential. We had a lovely stay and appreciated the experience.

Disappointed, photos and description do NOT reflect this property accurately. Bugs throughout, sheets that don't fit the beds and come off of mattress, damage to walls throughout, stains on carpet and furniture, mold in bathrooms, doors that don't easily open, windows you can't see out, dishwasher not secured to cabinets, rusty and dirty pans, bikes not as pictured and unsafe, promised beach chairs not there, ceiling fans that don't work. Actual unit not even as close to beach as promised. Too many promises and not up to Sea Pines standards. Host was very responsive in reservation phase but I have to wonder when was the last time they entered this condo and updated their photos? Clearly they are not interested in hosting a restful vacation and would not recommend.

This review actually confused us. Not sure what else may have been going on with this traveler at the time. We and the owners are in this property very regularly, and in fact, the pictures are less than 6 months old. During the past year, the owner has invested in new flooring, new kitchen, new primary bathroom, painting of all walls, new fans and fixtures in the main room, and some new furniture. A good portion of the issues this guest has listed are not true. The fans work, the doors work, there is not mold throughout the property and the bikes are normal rental beach cruisers maintained by one of the local bike companies here. I hope that our future guests can read that overall this property has hosted countless trips with dozens of families, both before and after this group. Folks who thoroughly enjoyed their stay and our local touch. As to the actual issues that had merit and needed attention: the dishwasher was re-secured and an interim spray for pest control was done. This visit followed an extremely wet August. The caulk was also redone in the one bathroom and we did have the carpets steam cleaned, which we do every fall and spring. For future guests-the beach chairs are stored in the closet of the service yard. This guest just didn't look, read materials, or ask where they were. She also did not contact us about any issues during her stay in order for us to help with any questions or issues proactively. Instead she stewed and utilized the review process to vent her frustrations. Please know that we are just minutes away if any issues arise and are always striving to provide you and your family an amazing stay.

Perfect Location

We love these villas! We stay in a different one each time we come to HH. The villa we stayed in recently was perfect! Very clean, nice open area, huge screened porch & had a great view. Very quiet area. I would highly recommend this villa. We will be staying here again!
