There is a second set of stairs that leads down to the water. Please watch your step!
•Outside the unit in the shared hall is a LG Washtower. Basic laundry soap, softener, dryer sheets, and iron/ironing board is also provided.
•A spot in the garage may be available upon request. Larger vehicles such as trucks or minivans may not fit.

Amazing Ocean View

A wonderful studio offers all you need for a relaxed stay. The space is true to the listing pictures- very open, airy and clean. Terrace that looks out onto the ocean and a private beach area completes what the property offers You can leave the doors open and sleep to the sounds of the ocean… so peaceful!!

Walk through the front door to see an open floor plan that provides you with beautiful views of the ocean. On the left is a freshly made king bed for you to relax the day away. Along the wall you'll find plenty of closet space to store your items and hang up that new swimsuit you've been dying to try out! Further along the left wall, you'll find a modern TV and comfortable seating arrangements. Don't worry if one bed isn't quite enough, this cute teal couch pulls out into an additional bed! Go through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to find your own private balcony, just perfect for taking in the sunset. Back inside you'll find a dining table ready to seat 4, perfect for after you whip up a meal in the well-appointed kitchen housing stainless steel appliances. Need a place to do laundry? Not a problem! Outside your door and on the right is a wonderful LG Washtower, ready to get your clothes fresh for a night in the city!
