This host is one of the best I’ve ever rented from, and I’ve rented a lot. He goes out of his way to be helpful and welcoming. His place is perfect for our getaways. It is super clean and very well appointed. There is even a gas grill. We will return for sure.

Quiet, comfortable and clean

Perfect little place for us to relax and watch some incredible sunrises. Mashes Sands Beach is just a 6 minute drive and is lovely for a serene morning walk at sunrise.

My husband and I loved our stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Panacea on Ochlocknee Bay. The view was gorgeous! Very quiet and peaceful, and yet convenient to shops, restaurants, and beaches, state parks, and other local towns. Communication with owner was timely and helpful.

We had a great and relaxing time at Tommy's condo! The place was super clean and quite roomy. Several restaurants were within walking distance, although there were bikes around back if desired. The room was comfortably cool the entire time we were there. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Tommy again if I am back in the area.

Great Stay

The condo was specious, well kept, clean, and fully stocked. There is a beautiful view of the bay off the back patio. Angelo's is a 5 min walk, and there are a few other restaurants on the water that are about a 5 min drive. We went without kids, but the complex is kid friendly.

Brief getaway before a Habitat build in Tallahasee.

Peaceful stay in Panacea with a nice bike ride to the beach at Mashes Sands. Tommy was very helpful with all details including advising against a bike ride to Sopchoppy.The property was in excellent condition, just wish our stay was longer. Fun visit to Appalachacola.

This condo is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo! It is spacious and extremely clean! It was well stocked with everything we needed. (Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc were so convenient to have). The bay view and marina view were lovely. There was plenty to do in the area all within a short drive. Our host was very responsive and helpful!!! Everything was perfect! We will definitely stay again!

The cleanliness was striking. Having the calm marina on one end and the bay on the other with flow in the indoor space was lovely. I have already recommended this place to my network.
