Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature on all sides, but will provide you with quick access to the best of Michiana: 15 min to center to South Bend, 20 min to Notre Dame campus. 14 min to Potato Creek State Park. 45 minutes to Lake Michigan. Stores only 7 min away. Our open plan living room/dining room/kitchen is perfect for entertaining and unwinding after a day out, or for nesting and enjoying the environment. Fireplace provides extra warmth and cozy ambiance on a chilly day. Front and back porch provide great views of nature and visiting animals, including hummingbirds, turkey, and deer. We have everything you need so you'll feel this is your home away from home: teas, coffee, cozy mugs, essential spices and pantry items plus dishware for elegant or casual meals and non-breakable dishes for our small friends. Plus pots, pans, blender, slow cooker, rice cooker, french press and traditional coffee maker. You'll feel right at home, whatever your plans are and wherever they may take you.

Great Place to Stay for ND Games

This is a great place to stay for Notre Dame football game weekends. The house was very clean, and well stocked. We appreciated our welcome gift and complimentary toiletries. The location is not far from campus and excellent if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax after the game. We highly recommend and will definitely inquire for future game weekends.

Lovely spacious home, Susan is so responsive to all my communications and willing to assist wherever she could. We stayed for a weekend touring both SMC and ND campuses and soccer and football games. It is 15-20 mins from campus but we really were only there for the evening and nights so that was not a huge factor for us. Full stocked kitchen, personal care items available if you forgot anything and whole house wifi. Comfortable for 6 adults

House was beautiful, cozy, and large enough for my 2 grown boys. Each had their own space which was helpful. One could study while the other was able to rest. Kitchen was large and well stocked. There was a fireplace that was much appreciated because it snowed during our stay. I also liked the convenience to easy drive to Notre Dame, but also the seclusion of a cul de sac. I also want to say our host Susan was great with communication and was readily available with our numerous questions.I highly recommend this place to stay and hopefully will be able to book for future trips to ND.

Daughter and I loved this rental experience. The home is beautiful and the property is amazing. We enjoyed the nature in the yard and the hospitality inside. Communication with the host was superior. Little touches, like a variety of unusual teas and bath products, were so generous. Pet friendly and peaceful, the neighborhood was great as well. I will return!

Nice Home But Would Like Some Improvements

Good location, clean home, nice accommodations, but would like to see more towels provided for bathrooms and either add a TV that streams OR note more prominently in your listing that no TV exists. I rented for a football weekend and watching other games is part of such a weekend.
