Welcome to The Found Boutique, a newly renovated condo where mid-century modern design meets ultimate comfort. This serene, first-floor retreat is your peaceful haven in Traverse City, perfect for up to two guests.

The bright, open-concept living area is filled with natural light and interesting artwork. Sink into the plush furnishings, spin some vinyl on the record player, or get lost in a good book from our collection.

The fully-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare a delicious meal and features:
* Stainless steel appliances
* Keurig coffee maker (complimentary coffee provided)
* French press

After a day of exploring, retreat to the tranquil bedroom, complete with room-darkening shades for a refreshing night`s sleep. As a first-floor unit, you`ll enjoy the convenience of a direct walk-out to your own private patio.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire one-bedroom condo, including the attached private patio. You are also welcome to enjoy the shared backyard space.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. We will not be present at the property, but we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or recommendations via the messaging app. Your comfort is our priority.

We are located less than 1.5 miles from downtown Front Street. Our immediate neighborhood is within walking distance of local hipster burger joints, restaurants, and brew pubs. There is an organic grocery two blocks from the condo. Located right on the TART trail, you can ride your bike to town and beyond.

For your entertainment and convenience, we`ve included the following:
* Smart TVs: The condo is equipped with two HD Smart ROKU TVs (a 55-inch in the living room and a 45-inch in the bedroom).

Where do I start! Location of the building complex is perfect, centralized to all activities my wife and I had planned. Dog friendly, tentative host, beautifully furnished and well kept space. Even had one of my favorite Pink Floyd album on vinyl. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone!
