When you enter this home, you'll notice the spacious living area with a large sofa, decorative fireplace, and a 65” flat-screen Smart TV where you can enjoy a movie or just spend quality time with the family. The kitchen and dining area is equipped with appliances, plenty of cabinets, and a dining table for 6 people – perfect for dinnertime with family and friends! . A nearby 9 foot shuffleboard table sits conveniently awaiting its next set of challengers for a fun time!

On a nice day, you can head outside to the backyard deck and enjoy the fresh air or gathering. On a rainy day, you can step from the kitchen to the enclosed screened porch for a leisurely read or stay inside to play shuffleboard.

When you're ready to call it a night, 3 bedrooms are available to you including a remote master suite with master bath.

THE ENTIRE COMPOUND — The entire compound features two Separate and Secluded stays: “Brick Charm” and “Patio Charm”.

(1) “Brick Charm”-Entire 3 Bedroom/2bath house.
(2) “Patio Charm”-Entire 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment with deck access/view.

Together the entire compound has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably in total! When you have a large party seeking a comfortable stay, you are in for a great treat with what the entire compound can offer. Please feel free to book both units.

THE PARKING — Driveway parking (fits two cars) is reserved for “Brick Charm” Guests. Ample street parking is available for “Patio Charm”.

Great!

The house worked perfectly for us. It was the perfect size for our group. We needed a house to stay in because we went to the Bulls Bands and Barrels at the Brookshire Grocery Arena and it worked out great. Thank yall for the hospitality and allowing us to use yalls house!
