Great place to stay

Wonderful house with all the amenities you need to feel like home. We enjoyed the nearby springs then came back to hang out on the huge back deck.

Our Family Trip to the Springs

We went for 4 days and that was perfect. The house was very nice and I loved the coffee bar area. The place was immaculate and the area was safe and quiet. We used all 3 bedrooms.

I'm glad you were able to enjoy diving in the beautiful springs. We also have the 5 kayaks if others don't dive. The house does have a great safe fenced yard for both 2 and 4 legged kids and a awesome deck and screened porch w/ a tv and bar to enjoy all the weather Florida has to offer. It is also in the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful natural springs all around us, the nature on the River and the cute historical town of High Springs with fun restaurants and shops only blocks away!

Great location near springs

We are a group of friends who came to the area for access to the Itch Springs State Park. We enjoyed our stay in the 3 bedroom house. A glitch at check-in was quickly remedied by the property manager.

Perfect place

Great place to relax and enjoy our time. The place was setup wonderfully and in the perfect neighborhood. The owners went out of their way to help solve a glitch that was not any of their fault. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Great Location

The location near the downtown and all the restaurants and shops was awesome. The furry one really enjoyed the huge fenced back yard. I appreciated the room to store my motorcycle trailer on the side yard so I could use the driveway for parking the bike and truck.

Weekend get away

Great property has absolutely anything you could need. Nice deck. Very close to quaint downtown. Quiet and clean. Owner was very responsive when we had questions.

The family wedding retreat

My family and I stayed at the Haven as we had a family wedding to attend. The house was absolutely perfect, check in was super easy, communication was great when we had a few questions, and it really felt like you were at home. Especially loved sitting on the back patio in the mornings drinking my coffee ! We will definitely be back to stay again when we have a chance so we can enjoy all the outside goodies that are supplied (kayaks, bikes, the grills, and the pizza oven).

Perfect vacation home

Two seniors with two small dogs looking to escape the Michigan winter. This home was the ideal safe place. Spotless, very comfortably furnished and a great location for walking the neighborhood or into the friendly, small town. Fun shops. Central to visit the many Springs, Gainesville or spend an afternoon at Cedar Key on the Gulf. The beautiful deck and private yard were a big plus. Hostess Mary was one of the best!

Haven of our dreams!!!

Location with everything needed for a short trip to Ginnie springs which is about a 10 minute drive away! Everyone slept very well, and a beautiful location to spend with friends or family. Big back yard and deck would be perfect to keep kids busy. EVERY OPTION available here if you came back from the springs and wanted to cook out. The host was quick to respond with any questions and was very kind! If we end up returning to the springs we would definitely pick this location again!!!!

Everything u need

The owner thought of everything and so considerate to have a coffee bar fully stocked and prepared! Bath towels were super thick and fresh smelling! Every kitchen utensil and appliance was in working order and readily available. Handicap accessible and dog friendly! House was Very clean but lots of furniture so not super baby friendly!

Great Time at the Hideaway

We had a small summer send off before the beginning of school. No one could have predicted that a week before a strong storm would close all the springs in the country into the unforeseeable future. We were comfortable and happy in the house as we made the most of our quality time together. It was a comfortable, clean, stay, with room for all. The yard is spacious and the host is easy to get in touch with and approachable. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to temporarily call home away from home.

Gators vs Vols

What started out as a fun weekend stay in Florida ended in a violent “chomping” from the Gators to us Vol fans! The location and cleanliness of this house was superb for our visit, and the amenities were perfect for a group of six. We will definitely come back, and we hope for a better outcome for Tennessee!
