Excellent Home and Stay!

Don’t hesitate to rent this home! It’s a great home in a great location/neighborhood, near to the beach, great restaurants, parks, etc with easy access to surrounding towns. The owners are wonderful and incredibly helpful which made our stay truly great!

Beach Reset

We had a great time at this very conveniently located property. Just a couple minute walk down to the beach and walkable to local bars and restaurants, as well. The house was very clean and the owners were very welcoming. Would definitely book again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tanya and Roman's beach house in Milford. It was the perfect location, just a block from the beach. We had easy access to flat roads to bike on. The hosts were quite gracious and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

The property was comfortable, clean, well appointed and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive, so easy to work with and even had a fresh baked pie waiting for us on arrival. Bikes, Kayaks, hot tub, and so much more. It's a great place! 10/10!

Thank you for considering our lovely home that is very open, spacious, well cared for with great soothing energy.

I understand how an accommodation should be and feel for guests as I travel and rent often.

My husband and I love the beach and being local to a town that offers entertainment, great restaurants and the sea.

Why they chose this property

The many beaches, people walking and bicycling around. There's a beautiful boardwalk and state park that is easily accessible, and a bird sanctuary you may also walk to.

What makes this property unique

This home is situated on a corner lot that is only 1 street block on one side and only two street blocks on the other, so there is minimal to almost no traffic driving by. In the backyard, there are no homes for 2 lots directly facing us, only backyard property and greenery. We have a back deck with a gas fire pit, as private as that is, we often sit out front and enjoy the wood fire pit. Guests are free to use the 3 kayaks and the 1 stand up paddleboard (sometimes the paddleboard may not be available at the time of rental). There is a bird sanctuary about a mile away down the beach road and you can use the bicycles available, or easily walk there.

Inside the home, the two bedrooms are completely separate on different floors with their own full baths. There is an office apace and a screened in porch. The hot tub in the yard is also very private.
