Beachfront with panoramic ocean views, home theater, hot tub and gas firepit. Both bedrooms overlook the beach with king beds, 65” TVs and their own bathrooms. The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the VRBO is the 1000 sq ft first floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging is available.

One of only 8 houses on the peninsula with a deck mounted hot tub that has panoramic ocean views, or enjoy the gas firepit under the covered deck. In the evening or during bad weather, the living room becomes a small home theater with an 85” 4k HDR TV and Dolby 5.1 rear-speaker surround sound for movies, sports or video games. This is also one of the few houses on the peninsula with high-speed Starlink satellite internet that allows movie and game streaming or -- if you must -- video conferencing lol. One of the bedrooms has a small wall-mounted desk (laptop sized) but can use the 65" TV as a monitor. 12% off for weekly stays. Btw, this house came through Beryl undamaged, but if another tropical storm or hurricane lands on top of your trip, no worries. We'll be happy to move your trip to another date or give you a full refund.

This property is perfect for an individual, couple, two couples or a small family of four who want a beachfront experience central to Crystal Beach attractions ... without paying for a 10 bed house. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people and two cars. Our neighbors are permanent residents and very friendly. We’d like to keep them that way, so this property cannot be used as “party central” for a group.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything from K-cup coffee to waffle maker. It also features e-Spring ultraviolet water purification and full-sized stacked washer and dryer. The air conditioning/heating system also has ultraviolet air treatment. Both bathrooms have double vanities, rain shower heads, separate toilet rooms and plenty of bath and beach towels.

Covered parking under the house can fit two cars and a golf cart. Covered stairs go directly to the entrance on the covered deck. There's also an outside sand shower and three burner gas grill. A 32 amp Level 2 EV charger is available upon request (normally turned off due to proximity to the ocean/salt air). One time fee of $20 for EV charging. For safety, the carport has motion detector flood lights with security cameras.

Coastal conditions are tough on power lines and transformers, so peninsula wide blackouts are not uncommon. This house has an automatic backup generator and is built extra strong earning an IBHS Fortified Hurricane Rating.

In the heart of Crystal Beach, you’re a half mile walk to frozen drinks, ice cream, golf cart rentals, putt putt golf and a water slide (in season). You’re less than a mile to restaurants, miniature golf, Dollar General, a liquor store and a fully equipped gym (allows pay-by-the-day workouts). You’re a mile and a half from “The Big Store” (like a mini-Walmart) and helicopter tours (in season). A 15-minute golf cart ride along the beach takes you to Camp Margaritaville resort with swim up bar and live music many weekends.

Crystal Beach is a drive-on beach and this house is front row. During the summer, particularly weekends and holidays, it can be very active and ... entertaining ... lol but also loud late into the evening. Despite good house sound proofing and sound machines in the bedrooms, nothing completely blocks 500 watt subwoofers, V8s or fireworks. Also, much of the peninsula is natural wetlands. Depending on recent rain and wind direction, mosquitos can be plentiful. We have plenty of mosquito repellant.
