Firepit:
To Start:
1. Turn the knob to pilot, push in an hold
2. Push in the igniter to lite the pilot
3. Hold the pilot in for a moment
4. Turn the knob to on and the fire pit should light

To turn off:
1. Turn the knob to off

Other:
1. Please turn off the fire pit when not in use for safety reasons & to conserve gas.
2. Please be aware the fire pit may be hot to the touch, so be careful.
3. Please do not leave any children unattended around the fire pit for safety reasons.

Front deck:
Redwood deck with an Outdoor shower, Surf rack, Beach chairs & Small table for your morning coffee

Backyard:
Fenced & private with a Lush lawn, Deck & Table - surrounded by succulents. Perfect for eating under the stars

Free off-street parking for three cars on the left side of the driveway. You really can park your car and walk, skate or ride a bike to the beach, surf, shops, coffee & cool places to eat..
Other things to note
The home is in a tight nit neighborhood and we want to be kind to our neighbors, so no large gatherings, parties or camping on the property or in a vehicle on the property or street.

Also, no pets or smoking on the property.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per the County.
