Leucosia (mq) is a peaceful first floor vacation home across the street from the beach. It’s composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with a double sofa bed. There’s also 1 balcony and 1 terrace.

The master bedroom has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 2 large wardrobes. There’s a window that opens to the terrace with a view of a pine grove.

The secondary bedroom has 2 single beds, a desk with a chair and a large wardrobe. There’s also a window with a view of the beach.

The bathroom has a standing shower, toilet, bidet and a lovely window.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, a washing machine and a small table with chairs. The cupboards also have pots, pans, utensils, a coffee machine etc.

The living room has a double sofa bed, a table with chairs and a window/door that leads to the balcony.

The sea facing balcony overlooks the Gulf of Salerno and the neighbouring towns along the coastline up to the Amalfi Coast. It has 2 armchairs, a coffee table and an extendable awning for shade.

The terrace is fully furnished for outdoor eating with a table and chairs. There’s an outdoor sink and an outdoor shower. From the terrace you see a part of Villa Matarazzo park.

The price per week is €550 and includes bed, bath and kitchen linens, electricity, water, gas, and final cleaning upon check-out.

The apartment can home up to 7 people so it’s perfect for families, couples and groups of friends.

Walking distance from the apartment are many daily services as well as bars, restaurants and galaterie on the seafront. There’s a bakery “Panificio da Nonno Enrico“ (10 min); a grocery store “EUROMARKET” (2 min); a pharmacy open all days of the week “paraFARMACIA del CORSO - CASTELLABATE (8 min).

Santa Maria is a classical southern Italian town where you can relax and enjoy the calm Mediterranean lifestyle. It’s also easy to reach iconic cultural and historical cities such as Naples, Pompei and Salerno. The start of the Amalfie coast is about 1 hr away by car (65 km) and Naples airport is approximately 1.30 hrs by car (125 km).
