Cozy Pet Friendly Cottage, Partial Water View, Sleeps 7, Half Block from Beach!

Welcome to our cozy lake home located in a QUIET cottage community, just steps away (4 houses) from the water with a water view from both the spacious Florida Room and front yard. Short, beautiful walk to the Beach Access located at the end of the street. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, ready for a home cooked meal or visit one of the one of the excellent local restaurants, ranging from casual to fine dining, just minutes away in Downtown Lexington. There are also many fun shops and a performing arts theatre if you would enjoy a day of shopping or catch a show in the evening! The comfortable living room is equipped with a gas fireplace for cooler evenings, flat screen TV, Roku, Wi-Fi, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa for once the day is through. The additional sleeping accommodations include the master featuring a Queen bed with a sliding glass door overlooking the tranquil, fenced back yard. A secondary bedroom offers another queen bed with a twin loft above. The updated full bathroom has a Tub/Shower with medicine cabinet for storage of personal toiletries. A limited number of toiletries provided along linens (sheets, towels, washcloths). This home includes a laundry room with washer & dryer combo (detergent not provided) and features an On Demand Tankless Water Heater for much needed showers after a full day at the Beach. Please bring your own beach towels. We kindly ask that you do not remove or use the towels provided for showers as beach towels.



Community Amenities include a boat ramp, playground, and overflow parking for a boat, trailer, or guest vehicle. On property parking has space for several vehicles but a max height of 7’. Don’t want to be away from your pets or need to save the additional cost of boarding while on vacation? Don’t worry, this Cottage offers a fenced, Pet Friendly home & yard for an additional fee. Please be sure to use the waste bags provided to pick up after pets during walks and also within the fenced back yard (an additional fee will be charged if pet waste is left behind on the grounds). We also provide a dog bowl and treats to make your pet feel at home. Nicely sized back yard with plenty of shade for your family & the pups to lounge. On the rare occasions that the outside temperatures get too high, a portable AC unit is provided to compliment the ceiling fans to increase comfort level.

Don’t forget, this is a Quiet Cottage Community SO PLEASE abide by the quiet time hours of 11pm – 8am, turn down the volume during those hours to be respectful of the neighbors. Please no “party groups”.
