Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place! Everything you need in a stylish home-away-from-home. Lake front with dock access and kayaks for touring the 200 acre lake! Pet friendly home on a private, quarter acre lot.
3 bedroom / 2 full bath home set in nature but minutes away from amenities.
We can customize this home per each family's request (3 bedroom with designated work space within the home or 2 bedroom with private office)!
2 queen beds and 1 twin bed available for sleeping. Each room has large closet space for ample storage. Large cozy living room with wood fire place and lake views. Large gally kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove/oven combo, and dishwasher. Large dining room off the kitchen seats 6 comfortably.

2 miles from Chic's beach, a local waterfront restaurant, and local breweries!
Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and 10 minute drive to the Norfolk international airport.

Rhonda and Bob! We started hosting in 2020 following providing places for our college kiddos' friends to come to stay! We fell in love with hosting and creating unique properties. We are outdoor enthusiasts and can provide a plethora of activity suggestions and have even joined in many of our guests adventures!!
Why they chose this property
Our dream was to share our serene location with extended stay travelers, ease the transition of people moving to the area, or create a home away from home for the someone working in the area. We love providing a quiet, comfortable area for our guests and their pets to relax during travel and / or after a day of work. This location is located with convenient access to all amenities and the Norfolk International Airport, but as you drive down the private drive to the lake you will forget that the home is located within Virginia Beach!
What makes this property unique
A serene, private surrounding with lake and kayak access. Lake Smith has 200 acres of shore line that hosts an abundance of wild life. The home sits on a private 1/2 acre yard.
