Beautiful 3 Story Condo in Chic's Beach. The beach is just one block away. Walk to many of the neighborhood restaurants & breweries. Open Kitchen and Living Room layout on the third floor. Large 3rd story deck off the kitchen with seating and a grill to enjoy the afternoon bay breeze and happy hour or a meal. Off street parking and a single car garage. Fenced in back yard with a table and chairs. Plenty of beach gear provided —beach cart and chairs. Everything you need within walking distance. You won't want to leave!

Nice Spring Getaway

My husband, kids (6 and 2), and I had a really nice stay. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, walking distance to the beach, and close to many restaurant to easily grab food to go. Property manager/owner, Johnny, was nice and very easy to work with.

Excellent accommodations

We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. Plenty of space for 5 adults. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to prepare a number of meals. Johnny was very accommodating. The location is excellent. Great place to stay in the VA Beach area.

Cute house by the beach

The house was very nice. My kids liked the multiple levels and the walk to the beach was short and easy. The house is well equipped and very comfortable.

Awesome Location

A very nice beach house 2 blocks away from the beach. All the conveniences of home steps away from the sand. Johnny is a great host always available. We had a great time we will definitely return.

Lovely vacation

We loved our vacation and really enjoyed the quietness of the location, the friendliness of the neighborhood, and the private beach! The beach house was a short walk to a clean beach with warm, clean water and delightful breeze. Due to location, the waves were small and gentle which made boogie boarding challenging. We went to the beach almost every day and loved how quiet it was-not crowded at all. The local restaurants are delightful, we especially liked HK on the Bay-another quick walk. There’s a water park, aquarium, and mini golf about 25 minutes away. The only thing missing was a local ice cream parlor and mini golf within walking distance. We went to oceanfront to checkout boardwalk but it wasn’t our style- I hear the higher number streets on oceanfront seem to be better. Highly recommend. Family of 4, 1 15 teenaged boy and an 11 year old, plus family friend and her teen.

Better than anticipated - great location and very clean.

Nice quiet side street - nice neighbors and everything you might need at the house. We had a blast. Good wifi - no issues with multiple zoom meetings. Beds are comfy and nice beach gear.

Great location!

We loved the location, 2 min walk to the beach, property is clean and spacious, lots of chairs, beach cart and long board provided. Restaurants and stores are nearby. We enjoyed our stay and want to rent again next year.

Great family rental

Really enjoyed this rental that was 1 block away from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, which I was worried about with littles traveling and sleeping in a new spot for the first time since the pandemic. We literally rolled out of bed and went down to the beach. The home was well-stocked with everyday essentials including a wagon to haul our things down. Our kids are already asking to go back.

Good location

Our stay here was fine. The three bedrooms with attached baths are perfect. The beds were comfy and felt the linens were updated and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to HK, which is delicious. Skip Bouy 44...terrible service and food (wish I had known that). I gave it a 3 for cleanliness because the kitchen was dirty, with every cabinet containing crumbs and the cookware is awful. We took items to prepare breakfast as we were traveling with kids and found it a challenge to find adequate cookware to use and they were not clean. The owner was receptive to our texts about the internet glitch. The paddle board was awesome, but there are no beach towels we assumed were included as part of the linens and no balls for the paddles.Not sure who maintains this property, but there were a bunch of dead lightbulbs. Overall, if you just want to sleep, shower and be close to the beach, this is perfect and better than a hotel.

First time at Beach

I brought my 3 and 1 year old boys to see the Beach for the first time and this was the perfect house for them! It was so close to the beach and the house was amazing! The owner is so friendly and was very accessible and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

VB Getaway

I stayed for a month this past winter into spring and the house was everything I needed/wanted. The location is great, very clean and the house was up-to-date. Seems as if recently renovated. The manager Johnny was very responsive to any questions or items that came up as I was there. Overall I loved it and I’ll be back.

Christmas Cheer

Our trip was planned last minute. So happy we stumbled across this listing. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate Christmas with our daughter who was unable to travel due to Covid. The house was very clean and Johnny was very receptive to communication. Even though is was super cold, we took a walk to the beach, which was only a block a way. We also went hiking at First Landing State park, about 15 minute drive, to allow the kids to get some energy out. This year's Christmas will not be remembered because of the pandemic, but because of the wonderful experience and memories we created in Virginia Beach. We would definetly recommend staying here!!

Wow!

This property is outstanding and the pictures and description don't do it justice. Each bedroom has it's own separate bathroom, the kitchen was great for cooking, and the location was amazing. Perfect for a family with kids. There were even baby gates, a potty seat, games, and beach equipment. I would most definitely recommend this house.

Lax weekend at the beach

Came to Va beach lacrosse weekend. The property was clean, nicely decorated and ideal for our needs. We liked the local neighborhood and being able to walk to good restaurants. Would avoid Zia Marie’s next time. Food and pizza really not that good....

Great Experience

Everything went very smoothly and the property and location are very nice and as described. The property manager responded extremely quickly for a few minor things. My only suggestion would be to remove the offering of a fireplace since the one there is disabled.

Fun Week at the Beach

We had a fantastic time at Chic’s Beach! The condo is beautiful and clean! The owners were so kind to us and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the area! The beach was beautiful and quiet! Never crowded. We ate at many great local restaurants all within walking distance. Overall it was just what we needed...a relaxing and fun week away at the beach! We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back!

We have shared many memories at this beach spot. It's a great place to hold dinners and relax. The beach is so easy to get to and we have watched so many sunrises and sunsets. We take great pride in the house and keep updating it. It's had a classic beach feel mixed with modern touches. It's out goal to keep you comfortable during you stay.

Why they chose this property

The small community neighborhood has so much to offer. The beach can serve as a place to be active or a place to rest. You can swim, kayak, paddle board, take walks or bike rides. There are so many restaurants and even a brewery to visit. The house itself is a 3 story reverse floor plans, which optimizes beach living with a 3rd floor deck/kitchen/den.

This beach house is on a quiet street 1 block from the Chesapeake Bay in Chick's Beach. It's a well kept and simply cozy space.
