Great location, easy check-in, and overall really cute little townhouse. The host was quick to get back to us when we reached about the WiFi. The a/c unit upstairs did freeze shortly after we got there so that wasn’t super great, but it thawed out relatively quickly and didn’t have any more issues during our stay. Overall, it was a great trip and we really enjoyed our time in Charlotte!

Nice unit close to Uptown Charlotte entertainment

Despite the rain it was an enjoyable stay within walking distance to all the entertainment uptown Charlotte has to offer. Property manager did an excellent job with communication before our stay

Perfect Getaway

The property was perfect for me and my wife. We needed a quick getaway to rest and enjoy some down time and this property provided everything we needed from the accomodations in house to the surrounding areas offering options for food and entertainment. Will rent again next time I'm in Charlotte.

Great place!

Having stayed in a number of properties in Fourth Ward, this one is one of the best in the area. If you arent good with stairs, this is not the one for you. But otherwise it is super great!

Moody blues seriously moody

Had a great time! Place was perfect, we needed something simple but more private than a hotel. The place was nice and clean, and the bed was amazing!!! Not for kids or low mobility, lots of stairs and hard to see when there’s no natural light. Perfect location, minutes from tons to do and to eat. Only thing I could criticize is we needed more than the 2 washcloths provided but able to run laundry so that helped.

Comfy

We only had one issue and that is with the sink in the main bedroom bathroom. Made it difficult to shave or brush teeth without overflowing. Otherwise very nice

Dark

I went at night time the around the unit felt unsecured also inside of the unit was really dark I turned the switch switche light and it didn’t not work had to turn the cell phone flashlight 🔦 to get to the near lap and still dark uffff I don’t want to said this but even felt creepy like to much heavy bad energy 😔we end up living stay for less then 5 minutes and rent in some places else.

The property was spotless when we arrived and had everything we would need for a two day stay.The directions I received on the location, parking and entry were clear and thorough. The only drawback I have has nothing to do with the property and everything to do with my age. It is a 3 story unit with some slightly steep stairs that became challenging for me personally. If you have no issue with stairs then I would highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in Charlotte!

The positives of this rental include the location, quiet evenings, and quick responses from Jody.We felt the bed was a negative. The bed sagged like a v shape in the middle. The barn door on the upstairs bathroom fell off the rails and about knocked my wife down the stairs. It would be nice if there were tissues and a few other items that make it easier on travelers. As an older couple, the outside stairs and 3 floors inside were a little dangerous.
