Your Siesta Key Vacation Awaits! Walk to the Beach!

Key Point Village is a small condo complex with 15 units and a community pool. It's a very friendly community and we have many return renters each season. We are located 3/4 of a mile to Crescent Beach. We have beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers and a beach cart for you to use. We are convenient to South Siesta and Gulf Gate - so much within walking distance. Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a screened in Lanai and Balcony overlooking the pool. Bike rack on property to store bikes. Gas grill on lanai.

Originally from Massachusetts, we moved to Florida in 2001 and have called it our home ever since. We bought this condo in 2019 and have enjoyed living so close to the beach and in walking distance of pretty much anything we need. We have lovingly furnished and upgraded our condo and hope our guests will appreciate our little slice of heaven near the beach.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this neighborhood as soon as we saw it. Key Point Village truly is a hidden gem. Our condo is located on a quiet side street, yet is just a 10 minute walk to Crescent Beach and a 5 minute walk to many restaurants and shops in the Gulf Gate area.

What makes this property unique

There are only 15 units in our complex. The neighbors and renters are friendly and welcoming. Access to the pool is just off the back lanai.
