This gorgeous 1 bedroom (sleeps 4) and 1 bathroom condo is located on the prestigious, award winning golf resort of Pointe Royale.  Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the wildlife and the 17th Fairway.  The condo (the 17th Fairway) is down from the Clubhouse - which has a golf course, tennis courts, outdoor and indoor pool, fitness center, a restaurant and pro shop.  Also on the property are play grounds, hiking trail and trout fishing.  The 17th Fairway has everything you need to cook meals, a coffee bar, updated finishes and decor, wifi, TV's, board games, a pull out queen sleeper sofa and balcony to enjoy the scenery.  Pointe Royale is close to entertainment (we love the aquarium!), shopping, hiking, boating, fishing and more!

The condo was extra clean and communication was also very good. Only complaints are paint peeling off the ceiling and the light over the sink flickered. The toilet paper was really cheap. Maybe try to keep some simple things in the kitchen like pepper salt that sort of inexpensive stuff. It was a good stay though.

The property was clean, well maintained and bed was super comfortable. My guest said that the couch hide a bed was comfortable also. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and casserole dishes. The location is perfect to take less traveled back roads to get to different areas of Branson saving lots of drive time.

We came down to celebrate my sons birthday. This was the perfect place with many activities surrounding the property to enjoy plus close short drive to downtown strip to enjoy dig town(amusement park) which we came to town for!

Very clean

The pictures online are reflective of the current status of the unit. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had everything we need. Though I've missed that the unit is on the ground floor with a couple flights of stairs. Not wheelchair accessible and no elevators. But the location isn't too far from the attractions.
