Relax and rejuvenate in our cozy resort condo less than half a mile from the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Just a short 10-minute drive from Hwy 76 'Strip' and a convenient 20-minute drive from Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic, of course!). Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood.

Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*One dog under 25 pounds allowed.
*Dog must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog causes any damages, you will be charged.

Overall the home was nice. The bathrooms could use a little refresh. The biggest complaint we had was that this was advertised to be located downtown and only .5 miles from the Landing. It definitely was not and was certainly not walkable. The check in was a little slow but the directions were clear and easy to follow.

The property is not located where it said it was. It is actually an 18 minute car drive south of advertised location. I selected this property because of location and the ad was dishonest!!! The property was clean with the exception of shower and bathtub.

Veterans Day weekend

House was perfect, it was just what we needed for our stay in Branson. My parents loved the walk-in shower! We loved playing Scrabble from the games you had stored away for your guests. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking our meals, a Keurig would be a great addition so a cup of coffee could be made easily anytime. We will recommend this place to our friends! Lots of amenities! Great views!

Amazing

We stayed at this condo for the week because my daughter’s softball team was in a week long tournament. It had a very homey feel to it! We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers stay. It was comfortable and the perfect size for all of us. We enjoyed this place so very much!! Location was perfect for everything we needed and wanted to do. The condo was very clean upon arrival, communication with the property manager was prompt and very friendly! I highly recommend staying here! If we have the opportunity to play in this tournament again I will definitely be looking to book a stay here again!! I give this a 10/10!

Clean w/much to offer!

This condo was very clean and in a great location within Pointe Royale. We enjoyed the setup of the condo and all it had to offer. I would consider staying here again for those factors alone. The very few negatives are that you can hear absolutely every movement from the condo above. Not so much the condos on the side of you but definitely above you. We had a family with several children above us. They woke by 6am every morning and loved running around so we had to wake at 6am every morning with them. It was very loud at times, things being moved around, running from one side of the condo to the other day and night. This was a bit annoying at times and maybe could have been better if different people were staying above you, but that's no guarantee when booking. This condo could also use an updated mattress in the master bedroom, but other than that everything in it was very nice. The bedding was very nice, clean, and soft. The bathrooms were wonderful and the master bathroom was so roomy. It was a great area for more than one person to get ready at a time. The kitchen is great and has a lot to offer. It was also nice having a laundry room in its own area of the condo. We enjoyed the stay aside from the noise above!
