Exclusive Single Family Home, private, electrically heated pool, close to beaches.
3 BR, 2BA, 6 people, garden, covered outside dining area.
You will find 3 bedrooms, a living room with separate dining space and 2 bathrooms on one floor. In the living room, there is a fireplace and a Smart-TV. Free WiFi throughout the house. In the pool area you can dine and relax under a covered seating area, your food prepared directly on the BBQ next to it.
From the caged pool area you have a view of the North Creek and our boat dock. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, stove and oven, coffee machine, juicer, slow cooker and much more. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer and in the 2 car garage you will find beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler.
There is a pet fee of USD 50.00 per week plus 13% taxes.
The electrical pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 13% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86°F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival.

What a wonderful home to stay in for our Florida vacation. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. The beds were all very comfortable. We had lots of space to relax, unwind and visit with family. The enclosed patio and pool were perfect for the hot afternoons. The location provided a short drive for our favorite restaurants and beaches. Definitely hope we can stay at Creekside Paradise next time we visit the area.

Great house and a great stay

This very clean and. Dry well appointed home was the perfect rental for my family’s holiday. We have extended family 30 minutes north and other family 30 minutes south, so between that and the 12 minutes to the beach, the location could not have been better. We will absolutely stay here again.

Just got home from our weeks stay at this property. The house is exactly as shown, stocked with everything needed for a perfect stay. The pool was wonderful, location is good and neighborhood is very quiet. Very clean and decorated beautifully.

We loved the location of the accommodations. With easy access to Sarasota and Venice. The holiday home was comfortable and spacious, with everything needed for great holiday. The house was wonderful, and it had everything we needed. My only negative thing I have to say is the couches were so uncomfortable. We brought in the patio chairs and used them.

All You could ask for

This was a well equipped home with good beds, lots of towels, beach and pool items and a well stocked kitchen. Having your own private pool was just heaven. The setting is beautiful with tropical landscaping and beautiful birds to listen to. Sabine is a very responsive host who respects your privacy.

Outside entrance needs to be cleaned and painted, landscape trimmed. Pool area pavers need to be thoroughly cleaned(mold). Pool entrance needs a hand rail, steps are high and hard to manage. Slipcovers and curtains need replacing.

Werner and I just recently sold our company 342 Vacation Rentals which managed about 40 properties. Bayside Paradise and Creekside Paradise are our private houses which we decided to keep as vacation rentals, because we do have so many returning guests asking for it. We own property in Florida since 2003 and eventually moved to Florida in 2012 (Sabine from Germany) and 2016 (Werner from Switzerland).

Why they chose this property

It is a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beaches of Siesta Key and Nokomis. Grocery stores are just around the corner, so are the cultural highlights of Sarasota and Venice. Legacy Trail is very close - you do not have to cross US41.

What makes this property unique

Privacy in the backyard, very well maintained building, high end furnishings. Boat dock to the North Creek where you can launch your kayaks or canoes to get to the beach through the newly opened Stump Pass.
