Enjoy a rejuvenating stay at this private Venice retreat, where a heated saltwater pool and bright, open living spaces set the tone for pure relaxation. Ideal for groups of up to six, it’s the perfect home base after days spent biking, golfing, hiking, beachcombing for shark teeth, or exploring the charming shops and eateries of downtown Venice. With quick access to Gulf beaches, Shamrock Park, and the Legacy Trail, your Florida adventure starts right here.

Welcome to our happy place in Venice! We adore this home—the sunshine, the beaches, the shark teeth (you’ll find plenty!)—and we love sharing it with guests ready to relax, explore, and unwind.

The house is tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, perfect for recharging. While it’s a great place for family fun, we do ask that there are no parties of any kind—think morning coffee by the pool, not midnight karaoke.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms, all designed to offer a little extra “ahhh” at the end of the day. The cheerful, open layout feels bright and breezy no matter where you choose to lounge.

The highlight? Our heated saltwater pool—pure bliss. Pool toys are ready and waiting, and for beach days we’ve provided chairs, towels, and other essentials to make your outing effortless.

Feeling adventurous? Help yourself to the bikes and kayaks! With the Legacy Trail and Shamrock Park just half a mile away, plus Gulf beaches only minutes from the door, you’ll never run out of ways to enjoy the outdoors.

Traveling with pups? We’re pet-friendly! A $75 pet fee applies per stay, and we kindly ask that dogs stay off the furniture and are crated whenever you’re away to prevent any accidental mishaps. A kennel is available in the garage for your convenience.

When it’s time to wind down, cozy up in front of the Smart TV. Simply log into your own streaming accounts to enjoy your favorites.

Wonderful time here. We enjoyed all the space and the layout of the house was great for us. The pool was the best part for my kiddos. Plus the house had everything we needed for the beach trips. My toddler loved watching the pool fountains and the temperature of the water was enjoyable. Great stay!

Heated pool had two water features: a waterfall and a couple of single fountains. The outside yard around the pool cage was lush and varied with trees and shrubs providing homes for birds and bunnies. Between the sound of the water and the sight of the vegetation, it was just so Zen and serene! The lanai is adjacent to the pool, and under a roof for shade and protection if it should rain. It was the perfect spot for adults to watch the kids enjoy themselves in the pool. I loved taking a cup of coffee out here early in the morning, and just soaking up those warm Venice vibes. It is also very close to Shamrock Park with direct access to the Venetian Waterway Park, which becomes the 18 mile Legacy Trail further north. We bike it all the time and love it. Everything was perfect. We loved The Turtle’s Nest! Thank you, Kindra.
