Welcome to our happy place in Venice! We adore this home—the sunshine, the beaches, the shark teeth (you’ll find plenty!)—and we love sharing it with guests ready to relax, explore, and unwind.

The house is tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, perfect for recharging. While it’s a great place for family fun, we do ask that there are no parties of any kind—think morning coffee by the pool, not midnight karaoke.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms, all designed to offer a little extra “ahhh” at the end of the day. The cheerful, open layout feels bright and breezy no matter where you choose to lounge.

The highlight? Our heated saltwater pool—pure bliss. Pool toys are ready and waiting, and for beach days we’ve provided chairs, towels, and other essentials to make your outing effortless.

Feeling adventurous? Help yourself to the bikes and kayaks! With the Legacy Trail and Shamrock Park just half a mile away, plus Gulf beaches only minutes from the door, you’ll never run out of ways to enjoy the outdoors.

Traveling with pups? We’re pet-friendly! A $75 pet fee applies per stay, and we kindly ask that dogs stay off the furniture and are crated whenever you’re away to prevent any accidental mishaps. A kennel is available in the garage for your convenience.

When it’s time to wind down, cozy up in front of the Smart TV. Simply log into your own streaming accounts to enjoy your favorites or, for your convenience, we include NOW TV, Peacock Premium, HULU and Disney +.
