House was very nice. Beds are super comfortable. Plenty of space. Pool was nice, but chilly not really heated. Kitchen well stocked. A few issues but property manager was very responsive and answered quickly. Would definitely stay again!

We love the place so much.

We loved the place so much, my wife said she wished we could afford a place there and move there. The pool was so relaxing after spending the whole day in the sun. They honored every thing in their online ad. Would like to stay there every time I visit Florida, and would highly recommend the place to everyone else looking for a place to stay in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Home away from home

Anything you need is just a phone call away! The host is the best and is so very kind. a beautiful home a friendly neighbor what more could you ask for! The beach is 30 minutes or less, or Port Charlotte just minutes away. Both sunsets are beautiful and the house feels like home.

Beautiful Spacious Home

This beautiful spacious home, which was located near a busy highway felt like were were in a quiet neighborhood. We had a nice relaxing weekend sitting by our private pool. We didn't have to drive far to enjoy fun activities and eat at good restaurants. Our host Michael was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home.

Soring break 2024

The house was everything we saw on VRBO . Beds were very comfortable . Family really enjoyed the pool because they are not crazy about the beach. We added a few items to the kitchen that the next renters should find as convenient. Overall , great vacation. CLose to everything in Port Charlotte and cities within 30 miles. We would love to rent this location. Again. The neighbors were contacted by the host to step in and do the cleaning before our arrival. the regular cleaning crew couldn’t get in for some reason. The lady next door and 2 family members had it all done as we arrived . Thank you for sharing your home with us. Everyone had a wonderful vacation ?

Good time for all

Good vacation for my husband dog and I and for our family who joined us in the middle for 7 days. Good location, nice south facing yard. Wish there had been a pool heater. Lani could use some work to make more renter friendly and cleaner. House could use some more amenities like better towels, blankets for beds etc. some table lamps etc would make for friendlier lighting. Kitchen has most things but we did buy some basic things to make our stay easier. Same with the bathrooms, bath mats, towels etc. Property manager and owner were very responsive to some initial issues. Unfortunately we had an issue with locking the kitchen patio door that went unresolved during our final week. All in all we would rate our stay a 7 our of 10 and would consider staying again. House is roomy and well laid out for good use and privacy where required.
