This is incredibly conveniently located; it’s about a 5-minute walk from UB south campus, Dunkin’, grocery stores and drugstores. Very easy access to highways. Safe neighborhood and the owner is very responsive to messages.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Host responded to questions quickly. Enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book again.
We stayed here because our daughter had a hockey tournament in Buffalo for the weekend. This place was centrally located, and worked great for our weekend.
The property is updated, well appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip, being very close to family. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Thank you Linda. I am glad you and your family had a great stay. Hope to host you in future again!
We really loved this place, if you’re coming for Niagra this could be a good option. Nice clean and quiet neighbourhood. It’s 25 minutes away approximately from Niagra Falls but worth it.
This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The king bed was the best I’ve ever slept in and plan on buying one for myself! Umesh, the owner always responded within just a few minutes when I sent him a message and worked to answer all questions. Great location, very quiet. We’ll rent from him again on our next trip to Buffalo this spring.
approximately 5 houses away from university of buffalo
There was some neighborhood drama (not controllable I understand), only suggestion I would have (especially based on renting countless vrbos), it would have been nice to have garbage bags and paper towels and if this is not something you will supply make sure anyone who rents knows this ahead of time. I have never rented where these things were not supplied. Fast response and decent home to rent, just not familiar enought with the area to have found a better area.

Hi Wendy,
I wish you had informed me about the missing trash bag and paper towels as they are provided and the housekeeping staff may have missed replenishing them. They were in a closet and I could have very easily guided you to them. We try to be very responsive with any communication/requests and these could have been handled you informed us.
With regards to the neighborhood, Amherst is considered a very safe one, not only in NY, but also nationally. I am not sure about the details, but the street does have students living due to its proximity to UB and they often walk back home, late at night coming back from labs, library, etc. and their conversation can be heard in the house if they are upbeat about their day! I hope we get to welcome and host you again at this house in future.
