Hi Jessie, Thank you for reviewing our property and I apologize for all the inconvenience caused to you because of the above-mentioned issues. I had a family emergency therefore I was not able to send you the check-in information within 48 hours of your check-in, but it was definitely more than 24 hours before. As far as the back door is concerned, I would definitely say that it has been like this since the property was renovated back in 2020 and we have never had any complaints. Regarding the freezer door issue, I was not aware of it until I saw your review since neither the cleaners nor the renters mentioned any issues (since this property has been continuously rented and we barely have a few hours to clean and prepare it for new renters) with it so if you would have mentioned anything I would have definitely gotten it fixed asap. I just checked the AC at the property and it seems to be working without any issues. I also asked the current renters about it and they did not report any issues. I am not sure if there were any windows left open while the AC was on as that would have caused the AC to not perform at its peak. For mold, there doesn't appear to be any signs of mold either on the AC vents or around the house. We would have definitely taken care of it if you reported it while you were at the property as we would have been able to come in to check and get it fixed. For the couch issues, I appreciate your feedback, but could you please let me know which couch are you referring to so that we can take a look at it? This is my first time hearing about the couch issue as well. Our property has been on various rental sites (Airbnb, VRBO, Bookings.com, etc.) and has had great reviews throughout so this is completely new to me. There are a lot of barbeque utensils in the drawers of the kitchen which consists of the whole barbeque utensil kit from almost any online store. Also, if you would have messaged, we would have definitely tried to get you the ones you needed, if they were missing. Last but not least, the beach chairs are less than a year old and might have caught some rust since they get in contact with water all the time, but we'll check and replace them if any of them are broken. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you because of them. Again, I apologize for all the inconvenience caused to you because of all the issues mentioned above and would definitely say it would have been great if you could have brought them to our attention while you were here as I or my team would have tried to resolve most of them asap.
